Abstract

Evaluation of learning that will be given or is being given to diagnose success and failure in understanding teaching material. The failure to provide learning can be caused by the use of teaching methods or inappropriate media, and the delivery language that is difficult to understand. By applying information technology in evaluating learning materials, an evaluation system can be developed to assess and improve the quality of learning materials with certain criteria. So the problem of failure in the learning process can be known based on the learning material used. This study uses the DEMATEL and ANP methods as a basis for decision making by evaluating lecturer learning materials with a sample of 12 teachers. The DEMATEL method helps process data which is then forwarded by the ANP method in identifying interdependent relationships between criteria. With the use of the DEMATEL and ANP methods, it is expected to be able to assist in evaluating learning materials with the aim of always trying to provide good learning material based on factors or criteria that should be. The results of the study obtained a pair-level matrix Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0661. Furthermore, calculating alternative ranking weights can be seen in Table 5. Furthermore, the results of the evaluation are used as further improvement efforts and to find out where there are unsuccessful outcomes in learning. Thus can be continuous between the objectives and the final results of teaching

Abstract

In the Independent Curriculum (Kurikum Merdeka), educators or teachers are given latitude in selecting and compiling teaching materials according to student’s needs and characteristics. The flexibility given to teachers in teaching and learning activities aims to make teachers more creative in developing appropriate teaching methods and materials. Likewise, when learning Arabic, educators can select relevant teaching materials but still refer to the learning outcomes that have been formulated. This certainly makes it easier for teachers to develop teaching materials based on student competencies and profiles. One of the easiest learning media to apply is an Android-based application. This dedication is to develop teaching materials based on learning by adding features that suit the needs and interests of users of this application, which can help improve Arabic language learning. The results of learning using games based on learning obtained an average assessment score on a Likert scale (1-5) with a score of 4.83 in terms of ease of User Interface, and 4.82 in terms of content suitability of the material. Then as many as 82.93% of respondents stated that they strongly agreed with the ease of the User Interface, and 81.71% of respondents stated that they strongly agreed with the material suitability content.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) risk analysis is an important step in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for workers. CV Pangan Berkah Sentosa is one of the companies operating in the frozen food industry and can be said to have implemented K3, improvements and evaluation are needed because several cases of work accidents are still found. To prevent work accidents and work-related diseases, this can be done by conducting a risk analysis. One method that can be used is HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). This method consists of 3 (three) stages, namely hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control. Based on the research results, there are 30 potential hazards, of which 43.4% are hazards in the low risk category, 50% are hazards in the medium risk category, and 6.6% are hazards in the high risk category. Activities that have a high level of risk are the meat grinding process, the packaging process using automatic packaging equipment. Controls that can be carried out to reduce risks are by using personal protective equipment (PPE) for workers in accordance with the risk of danger faced by workers, providing work aids to minimize direct contact of workers' body organs with machine parts that have a high potential for danger.

Abstract

Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang memiliki Jurusan teknik informatika, proses pembelajarannya pada jurusan informatika terdapat mata kuliah Sistem Digital. Penerapan Pembelajaran tentang Sistem digital dapat dilakukan dengan media pembelajaran berupa trainer rangkaian elektronika balon udara yang terdiri dari microprosesor At Mega 162, kamera, sensor percepatan tiga-sumbu (3-axis accelerometer), dan sensor kompas (compass) yang dicetakpada Printed Circuit Board (PCB) dan dilengkapi modul ajar.Dalam memaksimalkan pemahaman mahasiswa UNHASY Prodi Teknik Informatika 2017 sebagai sample sehingga diharapkan dapat merangkai,memprogram dan mengoperasikan perangkat pengendali elektronik, Sehingga dikembangkan trainer rangkaian elektronika balon udara serta modul ajar yang didalamnya terdapat sebagai bahan pembelajaran aplikatif mahasiswa dalam bidang Sistem digital, Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan kreativitas mahasiswa Jurusan teknologi Informatika. Dari uji coba pada mahasiswa Prodi Teknik Informatika 2017 yang merupakan basic pemrograman memiliki respon tinggi dalam mempelajari mata kuliah Sistem digital dengan hasil persentase rating sebesar 82 % . Kata kunci: trainer rangkaian elektronika balon udara,Modul ajar, mata kuliah Sistem digital. Hasyim Asy'ari University is one of the private universities that have Informatics Engineering Department, the learning process in the informatics department is the subject of Digital System. Implementation of Learning about Digital System can be done by instructional media in the form of trainer of electronics balloon circuit consisting of At Mega 162 microprocessor, camera, three-axis accelerometer, and compass sensor printed Circuit Board ( PCB) and equipped with the teaching module. In maximizing the understanding of the students of Information Technology Study Program 2017 as a sample so that it is expected to assemble, program and operate the electronic control device, thus developed the trainer of air balloon circuit and teaching module which is there as the applicative learning materials of students in the field Digital System, Expected to improve ability and creativity of students of Informatics Technology department. From the experiments on the students of Informatics Engineering Program 2017 which is the basic programming has a high response in studying the Digital System course with the result of the rating percentage of 82%. Abstract

Kesulitan belajar siswa ditunjukkan oleh adanya hambatan-hambatan tertentu untuk mencapai hasil belajar, dan dapat bersifat psikologis, sosiologis, maupun fisiologis, sehingga pada akhirnya dapat menyebabkan prestasi belajar yang dicapai rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal aljabar dan memberikan saran untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jawaban dan hasil wawancara diperoleh bahwa : (1) siswa kurang memahami konsep yang ada untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada, (2) siswa kurang menguasai teknik penyederhanaan untuk menyelesaikan soal penyederhanaan aljabar yang ada, (3) siswa kurang memahami teori yang ada pada pecahan aljabar. Kata kunci : kesulitan belajar, aljabar, kesulitan siswa. Students learning difficulties are shown by the presence of certain obstacles to achieve learning outcomes, it can be psychological, sociological, and physiological, as a result students had low learning achievement. This study aims to determine the difficulties students working on the problem of algebra and provide advice to overcome the learning difficulties. This research method used descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis of student’s answers and interview showed that: (1) students had less understanding of existing concepts to solve existing problems, (2) students lack the simplifying techniques to solve the problem of simplification of existing algebra, (3) students do not understand the theory of algebra. Abstract

Proses berpikir siswa cenderung bermacam-macam. Namun masalah yang sering terjadi adalah diabaikannya proses berpikir siswa oleh pendidik. Akibatnya konsep yang terbentuk dalam ingatan siswa salah ataupun konsep tersebut tidak saling terkoneksi sehingga siswa sulit mengingatnya. Proses berpikir yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah proses yang dimulai dari penemuan informasi, pengolahan informasi, penyimpanan, dan pemanggilan kembali informasi tersebut untuk menarik kesimpulan atau membuat suatu keputusan. Penelitian ini selanjutnya lebih di khususkan pada materi peluang pada matakuliah statistika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis proses berpikir siswa pada penelitian ini adalah teori pemrosesan informasi. Teori pemrosesan informasi mengamati bagaimana informasi masuk, diproses, disimpan sampai dipanggil ulang dari ingatan individu. Dalam teori pemrosesan informasi terdapat tiga komponen utama yaitu 1) komponen penyimpanan informasi, 2) komponen proses kognitif, 3) komponen proses kontrol. Pemahaman siswa tentang soal tes cukup baik sehingga selective attention dan perception setiap subyek penelitian terhadap soal sudah benar. Namun S1 mengalami kesalahan dalam mengerjakan soal pertama. S1 mengalami kesulitan saat me-retrieval konsep ruang sampel sedangkan S2 dapat melakukan proses retrieval dengan lancar. Proses encoding sudah dilakukan oleh S1 dan S2 dengan baik yang dibuktikan dengan kelancaran mereka dalam menjelaskan hasil pengerjaan soal. Kata Kunci: Proses Berpikir, Statistika, Teori Pemrosesan Informasi Thinking processes of students are kinds. But the problem that often occurs is student’s thinking processes are ignored by teacher. As a consequent, concepts that store in memory student go wrong or there are no connections among the concepts and it make students hard to remember. Thinking processes in this research are processes that begin by finding information, information processing, saving information, and recalling that information to make conclusions or make decisions. The research is more focused in propability in Statistics. This research is a research with qualitative approaching. Information processing theory is a tool to analyze student’s thinking processes. Information processing theory observes how the information get in, processed, storage, and recalled from memory of student. In the information processing theory, there are three main components that are 1) information storage component, 2) cognitive processing component, 3) control processing component. Students’ understandings about the question are good enough so that make selective attention and perception of research subjects are right. But S1 get wrong answer when doing first test. S1 get difficulty when retrieval about sampel space concepts but S2 get no difficulty when retrieval the concept. S1 and S2 do encoding procces well, it’s proven when they explain their answers fluently. Keyword: Thinking Proceeses, Statistics, information processing theory

Abstract

Kuy Ngaji game application is an application used to support learning programs to write and hear the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters. This application can be supported by the smartphone as a tool to play the game. The purpose of this study is to design and build an educational application that is educational to children for learning hijaiyah letters writing and how to pronounce them. The method in this study uses the Finite State Machine as a game flow determination. Application of flood fill as an algorithm connecting one node to another node aims to support the process in the game. The results of this research is where the player will write hijaiyah letters in the game, the more perfect the player writes the letters, the point will be perfect. Point in the game is a star that will be obtained, the maximum number of stars is 3 stars. Keywords : Finite State Machine, Flood Fill, Education Game.

Abstract

Graduating on time is the desire of all students, to achieve graduation, students must work on a thesis as a requirement for graduation at higher education in order to obtain a bachelor's degree in accordance with their scientific field. In taking thesis, there are often students who are confused about choosing the thesis topic to take. To overcome this problem, this research was taken as a solution that utilizes computer technology and uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system for the accuracy of selecting thesis topics in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng University, Jombang. From the application system, the accuracy of selecting the thesis topic is that the user must first see the student grade data from semester one to semester six and the results of the interest questionnaire that has been made, after it is known that it will be processed with an application system that uses the SAW method as decision making, in the calculation process of In this system, the final result is an alternative Web services for e-Business (A1) with a value of 0.99, and the results obtained from application testing using 30 samples of student data obtained an average percentage of accuracy of the accuracy of the results of 75% of the student thesis topic selection. Abstract

The control system is an integrated part of today's modern life system. For example: room temperature control,washing machines, robots, airplanes, and so on. In the era of analog technology development, electrical devices aregenerally controlled manually by the user. Someone has to turn on and off the switch directly connected to the electricaldevice. Sometimes, there are some electrical devices that are found still alive when not in use, this can be caused by theuser's negligence to turn off these electrical devices. If there are quite a number of electrical devices in a house, it willbe very ineffective and inconvenient to manually turn off and on these electrical devices. To overcome this problem, acontrol system or smart home is proposed where the system is expected to be time efficient and minimize electricitywastage. The research method that will be used is the R&D method, namely developing products and validating theseproducts so that they become new products that meet needs. The new product is developed through systematicprocedures and field trials so that it meets certain quality criteria or standards, effectiveness and efficiency. In thisresearch using NodeMCU and ralay to store data and manage several commands that have been stored into NodeMCUthen commands are given to relays whose job is to connect and disconnect electric currents, for control devices coupledwith light sensors. To control the tool using Google Home, from the test results it was found that the NodeMCU, therelay and the light sensor were running according to the command.Key Words : Smart Home, Internet Of Things (IoT), Light Sensor

Abstract

The Education and Culture Office of Jombang District implements a system of selecting the best employeesevery year to improve employee morale and reward their performance. Currently, the selection is donemanually, with subjective selection by the head of the office. This process takes a long time, and the resultsare subjective without standardized calculations. To improve accuracy and efficiency, a decision-makingsystem is needed that can assist in determining the best employees. One of the methods used is MFEP(Multi Factor Evaluation Process), with criteria such as work quality, responsibility, teamwork, discipline,and attendance. This method allows determining the weight of each attribute, ranking the suitability ofcriteria and alternatives, and ranking the best weighted data from several alternatives. Using the MFEPmethod and a sample of 36 employee data points, the highest value obtained is 8.8 and the lowest value is6.3. After calculation and ranking, a selection will be made to determine the best employee based on theranking value results.Keywords: best employee, selection method, decision-making system, ranking.
