Abstract

The aims of this research were to increase the activities and the result of study by implementation of cooperative learning model type think pair share. The method of the research was Classroom Action Reserach. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. Technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result showed that the student activity in cycle I 62,54% (active) and cycle II 78,27%(active). The result study of the cognitivie in cycle I 71,70% (good) and cycle II 78,61% (good). Keywords :  activity, result study, think pair share

Abstract

Medication error adalah kejadian yang  merugikan pasien akibat penanganan yang dilakukan  oleh tenaga kesehatan (human error) yang sebetulnya dapat dicegah. Medication error dapat diklasifikasi menjadi: dispensing errors, prescribing errors and administration errors. Penyebab medication error antara lain komunikasi yang kurang baik, beban kerja, sistem distribusi dan peran tenaga farmasi belum maksimal. Telah dilakukan penelitian  disalah satu bangsal di RS RK.Charitas Palembang  melalui kehadiran dan  partisipasi aktif dari tenaga teknis kefarmasian (TTK) di bangsal perawatan, dengan pendekatan pre dan post. Bentuk partisipasinya adalah  dengan melakukan pengecekan kesesuaian antara Catatan Medik (CM),  Resep (R/), Catatan Pemberian Obat Perawat (CPO) meliputi data identitas pasien, nomor Rekam Medis (RM), nama, jumlah, bentuk sediaan, kekuatan sediaan, dosis, serta aturan pakai obat pasien. Penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan kejadian medication error pada tiap tahapan pengambilan data, dan keberadaan TTK yang berpartisipasi aktif terbukti menurunkan angka kejadian medication error dengan nilai odds ratio 4,055. Medication error yang paling sering terjadi adalah pada fase  administrasi 81,32%, sedangkan pada fase prescribing masih terdapat error 15,88 % dan fase transcribing 2,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas, investment opportunity set dan free cash flow terhadap kebijakan hutang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2018. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 43 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu kepemilikan institusional dan investment opportunity set berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang. Sementara variabel profitabilitas dan free cash flow tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang. Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan hutang, investment opportunity set berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan hutang, profitabilitas dan free cash flow tidak mempengaruhi kebijakan hutang.

Abstract

Creating and utilizing interactive learning media in elementary schools is still rarely done and is considered difficult. Therefore, researchers are making efforts to improve teachers' abilities in creating interactive learning media using Microsoft Powerpoint. This effort involves holding an In House Training (IHT) program. IHT is carried out to guide and train teachers in schools to be able to create their own interactive learning media. This IHT is carried out by providing examples of techniques for creating interactive learning media as well as providing peer tutoring assistance on an ongoing basis until the teacher is truly successful in creating it. The results of implementing the IHT program show that the average teacher's ability to create interactive learning media increased from 27.50 to 78.84. The percentage of teachers who could create interactive media well increased from 0% to 77.78% (7 teachers out of a total of 9 teachers). Based on these data, it can be concluded that IHT can improve teachers' abilities in creating interactive learning media using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Abstract

This study investigates effective strategies to improve the motivation and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers working in rural settings, with a particular focus on SD Negeri 2 Kopen, Jatipurno District. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a phenomenological design. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document reviews involving eight teachers with varying professional backgrounds and experiences. The results indicate that teachers maintain a high level of motivation and job satisfaction, even amid limited infrastructure and resources. Intrinsic factors play the most crucial role in shaping teachers’ enthusiasm and satisfaction—especially the sense of purpose in their profession, moral commitment to students, and the spiritual values that drive their dedication to teaching. Additionally, supportive leadership from the principal and positive social interactions among colleagues foster a conducive and collaborative work environment, enhancing teachers’ emotional attachment to their institution. In contrast, extrinsic aspects such as financial compensation and physical facilities were perceived as less adequate but did not significantly reduce teachers’ motivation or work commitment. These outcomes align with both classical and modern motivation theories, including Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan), and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Each emphasizes that motivation and job satisfaction are grounded in fulfilling essential psychological needs—autonomy, competence, and relatedness—alongside achieving meaning and self-actualization within one’s profession. Consequently, this research suggests the need for supportive and participatory leadership, a collaborative school culture, and ongoing professional development programs as key strategies to sustain and strengthen teachers’ motivation and job satisfaction in rural elementary education.

Abstract

Despite frequently facing inadequate facilities and limited financial rewards, many rural elementary school teachers continue to demonstrate extraordinary dedication to their duties. This phenomenon raises a critical question regarding the sources of motivation and job satisfaction that transcend material boundaries. This study aims to explore the subjective meanings and experiences of elementary school teachers in maintaining motivation and job satisfaction within rural settings, identifying adaptive strategies used amidst resource limitations. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was employed. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and document reviews involving eight teachers with diverse professional backgrounds. Thematic analysis was conducted following Braun and Clarke's framework to derive core themes. The results indicate that teachers maintain high levels of motivation and job satisfaction despite inadequate infrastructure and resources. Intrinsic factors, particularly the sense of purpose in the profession and moral commitment to students, emerged as the most dominant drivers. Furthermore, supportive leadership from the principal and harmonious social relationships among colleagues significantly fostered a positive work environment and institutional belonging. In contrast, extrinsic factors such as financial compensation and physical facilities did not substantially diminish the teachers' work commitment. This study suggests that enhancing collaborative work cultures, providing professional autonomy, and ensuring continuous career development are vital strategies for sustaining teacher engagement in rural primary education.
