Abstract

Along with the increasing volume and complexity in the field of education as well as the demand for improving the quality of education. Efforts to improve student mastery of learning outcomes also include efforts to improve the quality of education. Various models and strategies for improving learning outcomes have been widely tested. Which in this study using Quality Circles (QCC). GKM system with seven and seven-step tools as one of the spearheads in Total Quality Management has been widely recognized reliability to improve the quality of the organization.On the application of SMP Negeri 3 Hanau GKM in recommend some causes of low student mastery of learning outcomes. In the first cycle GKM provides recommendations to supplement teaching materials such as student handbooks for 4 subjects, namely: Mathematics, Science, English and Indonesian and improve the students' attention. To motivate teachers to improve students' attention on learning activities conducted classroom observations by peers. Results of the first cycle of activities is entirely mastery of learning outcomes in the first cycle by 58%. And the test results thit to learn science and social studies subjects gave insignificant results. Seeing this condition then conducted follow-up on the second cycle of activities that provide recommendations to further enhance student interest in learning activities, encourage parents to pay attention to student learning outcomes, improve teaching methods and instructional materials complement the IPS. Results of the second cycle activity is mastery of learning outcomes entirely on the second cycle of 86%. At thit test for learning outcomes subjects in English and social studies did not provide significant results. For the pre-test learning outcomes thit cycle with the second cycle all subjects all showed a significant increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study analyses ecological justice in Inventory, Tenure, Ownership, Use, and Utilisation of Land (IP4T) governance as required by TAP MPR IX/2001 and Government Regulation No. 16/2004 on Land Administration. This study uses a normative legal research technique with legislative and conceptual approaches. According to the author's study, ecological justice is included in IP4T legislation in TAP MPR IX/2001 and Government Act 16 of 2004 on Land Development. The rules of the two legal instruments promote ecological justice, sustainable development, and damage prevention. Article 23 of Government Regulation No. 16/2004 requires all Spatial and Regional Plans to include the IP4T map. This map goes beyond land ownership, use, and utilization. The IP4T dataset also assesses land capabilities and evaluation, including ecological features of the land. Thus, a region's Spatial and Regional Plan must remove IP4T data on land tenure, use, evaluation, and capabilities. Article 3, Article 5, and Article 6 Paragraph (2) of TAP MPR IX/2001 define ecological justice. In practice, these discrepancies impede ecological justice. These inconsistencies are rampant in implementing IP4T (Integrating Principles for Transition) in the mining industry.

Abstract

Tujuan – Observasi awal menunjukkan rendahnya kemandirian belajar peserta didik, yang ditandai oleh kurangnya inisiatif untuk belajar secara mandiri dan ketergantungan pada bantuan orang lain. Model Discovery learning diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan mendorong siswa untuk menemukan pengetahuan secara mandiri, berpikir kritis, dan memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui penerapan model Discovery learning. Metode – Observasi awal menunjukkan rendahnya kemandirian belajar peserta didik, yang ditandai oleh kurangnya inisiatif untuk belajar secara mandiri dan ketergantungan pada bantuan orang lain. Model Discovery learning diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan mendorong siswa untuk menemukan pengetahuan secara mandiri, berpikir kritis, dan memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui penerapan model Discovery learning. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemandirian belajar siswa dari siklus I (58%) ke siklus II (72%), menunjukkan bahwa model Discovery learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 3 Sewon. Temuan – Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa model Discovery learning tidak hanya meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII dalam pembelajaran IPA, tetapi juga keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah.
