Abstract

This research raises concerns about the influence of motivation and competence on job satisfaction and its impact on performance. This study was conducted in the College of Economics of Graha Karya Muara Bulian. The purpose of this study 1). To know the overview of motivation, competence, job satisfaction and employee performance 2). To know the influence of the effect and the influence of no motivation andcompetence to work satisfaction 3). To know the effect of the performance and influence is not in the motivation and competence of the employees 4). To know the impact of work satisfaction on employee performance 5). To know the influence of meocultivation and competence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Methods in the study through surveys and dissemination of the questionnaire, the results of the Surver questionnaire is analyzed in a descriptive, qualitative and verial, by converting the ordinance data to intervals and using the Path analysis tool Assisted by SPSS 20 program The results of this research show that 1) motivation, competence, job satisfaction and performance of employees at STIE Graha Karya Muara Bulian are assessed good, 2) the effect of the influence directly and not directly to the job satisfaction , as competence has the influence directly and does not directly affect the work, 3) The influence of the effect directly and not directly to the employee's performance, while the competency has a influence directly and not directly to the employee's performance. 4) Work satisfaction has an impact on the performance of employees. 5) Influence of motivation and competence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUTR) of Batang Hari Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, in which the entire population of 89 employees was used as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaires developed based on indicators of work experience and performance, and subsequently analyzed using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. Theoretically, the implications of this study emphasize the importance of work experience as part of human capital that significantly contributes to performance improvement, while also enriching the literature on human resource management in the public sector. Practically, the findings provide a basis for local governments to design employee development policies based on experience, such as job rotation, involvement in strategic projects, and technology-based training. Thus, this study not only expands scientific knowledge but also offers concrete contributions to improving the effectiveness of employee management and the quality of public services at the regional level.

Abstract

This research focuses on capital issues in companies which are seen based on the financial performance of Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk with liquidity ratios, profitability ratios and solvency ratios in 2018-2022. The results of the research are that the liquidity ratio with the FDR ratio and the current ratio have quite good capital efficiency in paying the company's liquidity, the profitability ratio with the CAR, DER and DAR ratios shows that the company has been able to process and generate profits to carry out the company's operational activities and increase the capital owned by company so that capital efficiency is met. Meanwhile, the Solvency Ratio, namely ROA, ROE and NPM, the company has the ability to manage capital and reduce the level of bankruptcy in the future.
