Data collection instruments such as questionnaires, and measuring the children's height and weight. Data Analysis used to find results of contribution about relationship between IMD and exclusive breastfeeding was with chi-square test, and used to find results of correlation with nutritional status was carried with the Pearson Correlation and Lamda tests. The results showed that there was a relationship Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) (p =0,00) OR (6,7) CI 95%. Analyzed showed that dominant risk factor of early initiation of breastfeeding is early initiation of breastfeeding. And than for the results of IMD with nutritional status showed that (r = 0.00) that's mean it does not have a strong correlation.

Abstract

Smartphone usage has increased rapidly worldwide, making the potential for smartphone addiction a focus of research. To identify potential smartphone addicts, several scales have been developed to assess smartphone addiction; among them, the Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV) is frequently used. This study aimed examine the reliability and validity of the Indonesian version of the SAS-SV. A cross-sectional research design with a population consisting of 100 of Pharmacy students at Farmasi Nasional Vocational High School in Surakarta. Data were analyzed using SPSS; validity was established by showing that the calculated r-value exceeded the r-table value, while reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha. The evaluation showed that the research instrument possesses robust validity and reliability. Internal consistency analysis yielded a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.980, substantially exceeding the acceptable threshold of 0.60. Furthermore, construct validity was confirmed as the calculated r-values for all ten items ranged from 0.853 to 0.939, consistently surpassing the critical r-table value of 0.195 (n = 100).

Kata Kunci: Stimulasi, Aktivitas, Perkembangan, Motorik, Fisioterapi Children with special needs (CSN) have equal rights to physical, mental, and social development through appropriate physical activities. However, parental involvement at home remains limited due to a lack of knowledge and skills. This community engagement program aimed to enhance parents’ understanding of physical activity for CSN and strengthen their role as primary facilitators. The method involved pre-test and post-test assessments and interactive educational lectures for 50 participants, including parents. Pre-test results showed an average understanding of 86.2%. After the intervention, post-test scores significantly increased to 100%, indicating improved knowledge and readiness. In conclusion, structured and contextual educational approaches are effective in building parental literacy and promoting positive behavioral change. This initiative holds potential for future development through advanced training, digital educational media, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure sustainable family-level interventions.
