Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen terpenting dalam proses belajar mengajar. Media juga merupakan alat bantu untuk memahami konsep dan/atau materi yang akan diajarkan. Keterbatasan waktu belajar di kelas mengakibatkan kurangnya penyampaian materi hingga pemahaman bagi siswa. Proses belajar mengajar saat ini sudah dapat dilakukan melalui internet, akan tetapi banyak pengajar yang kurang mampu memanfaatkannya. Untuk itu, kegiatan abdimas ini pun dilakukan dalam rangka memanfaatkan internet secara optimal. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur google blog, maka para pengajar diajarkan untuk membuat dan menggunakannya sebagai media pembelajaran. Dengan media blog, pengajar bisa memberikan ilmu lebih banyak, referensi pengetahuan lebih yang juga dapapt diakses oleh mahasiswa, sehingga proses pembeajaran jadi lebih optimal.

Abstract

Di era komputerisasi saat ini hampir semua kalangan institusi bekerja menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Termasuk di lingkungan sekolah. Salah satunya adalah proses pengolahan nilai siswa. Kebanyakan guru mengolah nilai secara manual dikarenakan tidak mampu mengoperasikan komputer. Hal ini justru tidaklah efektif. Pengolahan nilai siswa dapat dikerjakan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang merupakan program aplikasi lembar kerja spreadsheet yang dibuat dan didistribusikan oleh Microsoft Corporation. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur kalkulasi dan pembuatan grafik dan paling banyak digunakan. Untuk itu kegiatan lokakarya ini dilakukan agar para guru dan staf pegawai di SMA Swasta PAB 5 Klumpang yang belum menguasai program Microsoft Excel menjadi tahu dan mampu menggunakannya dalam hal pengolahan data nilai siswa

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is one of the programs from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which is currently being promoted. Carrying out students who freely find their learning rights based on their interests and intelligence. Merdeka Belajar is a government program based on a web application platform. This application is a forum for students who will seek knowledge that can be reached through the gadgets that are currently available. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar program has problems, namely its use. Not all school community members can use it. Especially among teachers who in fact always carry out face-to-face (conventional) learning activities. Through this application learning can be done via online or offline. Especially for SMP Negeri 2 Hamparan Perak teachers who are still having trouble using the Merdeka Belajar application. So that the training was carried out at the request of the School to the Universitas Potesi Utama to hold training on the Merdeka Belajar Application. With the training carried out, the teacher's improvement in the use of the Merdeka Belajar application can increase.

Abstract

The process of selecting scholarship recipients at SMK MEDAN still faces issues of subjectivity and inefficiency due to manual procedures. This study aims to develop a scholarship decision support system based on the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method within the Decision Support System (DSS) framework to enhance objectivity and transparency in decision-making. This research employs a quantitative approach within an applied research framework using real student data based on criteria such as academic achievement, parents’ income, number of dependents, and attendance. The results indicate that the SMART method effectively generates a consistent multi-criteria ranking model, where the top candidate achieves a preference score of 0.833, equivalent to an 83.3% eligibility level. The developed system improves decision quality through more objective and efficient educational decision optimization. The main contribution lies in integrating SMART with real data into an application-based system, offering a more transparent and practical approach compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

Respon publik terkait kebijakan pemerintah, termasuk program efisien anggaran dapat dipahami menggunakan pendekatan analisis sentimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan kernel Radial Basis Functional (RBF), kernel Linear, dan kernel Polynomial, serta mengevaluasi pengaruh Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) terhadap peningkatan performa klasifikasi. Dataset sebanyak 4274 data diperoleh melalui teknik crawling dari media sosial X (Twitter) dan kemudian diproses melalui langkah-langkah pembersihan teks seperti cleaning, case folding, normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, labeling menggunakan lexicon based serta menggunakan TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) untuk ekstraksi fitur. Proses penilaian kinerja model dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan indikator accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score, serta didukung oleh analisis confusion matrix. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang diperoleh, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SVM kernel Linear berhasil meningkatkan akurasi menjadi 0.7579 atau 75.79%, sedangkan pada kernel RBF dan Polynomial tidak memberikan peningkatan signifikan. Selain itu, kelas netral menjadi kelas yang paling sulit diklasifikasikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi SVM Linear dan PSO merupakan model terbaik untuk analisis sentimen kebijakan efisiensi anggaran pemerintah, serta menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan kernel dan strategi optimasi yang tepat dalam pengembangan sistem klasifikasi berbasis machine learning.

Abstract

PT. Woshi Woshi is a growing cleaning services company. Several issues frequently arise, including the manual ordering of cleaning services, often done offline or directly with the admin. The company lacks a system capable of analyzing customer ordering patterns, resulting in multiple product orders being placed simultaneously. To address these issues, this study developed an Android-based cleaning service ordering application using the Apriori Algorithm. Algorithm was implemented to simplify Android-based cleaning service ordering and generate more efficient cleaning service order reporting. The resulting cleaning service ordering system is capable of analyzing cleaning service ordering patterns using the Android-based Apriori Algorithm. The resulting ordering patterns are intended to recommend products to customers, provide discount strategies, and demonstrate the company's ability to manage transaction data using the Apriori Algorithm for easier and more accurate calculations.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessments in vocational education units need to be designed objectively, comprehensively, and involve various sources of assessors so that the portrait of teacher work quality can be mapped more reliably. This study aims to analyze the application of the 360-degree feedback method in the performance assessment process of productive TKJ and RPL teachers at SMK PAB 8 Sampali. The study used a mixed method approach with data collection through Likert-scale questionnaires, interviews, and learning document reviews. The research subjects were 20 productive teachers. Data analysis was carried out by converting quantitative scores and strengthening qualitative narratives through source triangulation. The results showed that the application of 360-degree feedback provided a more balanced assessment picture through the involvement of the principal, colleagues, students, and teacher self-evaluation. These findings reinforce the urgency of using multi-source-based assessments to improve the quality of the learning process in competency-based vocational schools
