Abstract

The running speed of the sprint number is determined by the length of step and step frequency as stated by Jonath (1986: 58) that "Running speed is the product of the length and frequency (number per second) of the step, who wants to run fast should make the move longer and make many lebig steps every second, From the above explanation, the researcher is interested to conduct research with the title Relationship Between Limb Length And Limb Muscle Power With Results Running 100 Meters In Students Class VIII SMPN 1 Praya Tengah Lesson 2016/2017. With the formulation of the problem is Is There a Relationship Between Limb And Muscle Limb Power With Results Running 100 Meters In Students Class VIII SMPN 1 Praya Tengah Lesson 2016/2017. The aim is to find out whether there is a relationship between limb length and limb muscle power With 100 Meter Running Results In Grade VIII Students SMPN 1 Praya Tengah Lesson 2016 / 2017.Sampel sample in this study amounted to 30 people because in this study examines all the characteristics that exist in the population which is called the study population study. In the data processing the researchers used multiple linear correlation statistics formula. Based on the results of data analysis obtained r - count value of 0.637 while the value of r-table with a significant level of 5% indicates the number of 0.361 this means that 0.637> 0.361 or in other words the value of r-count obtained greater than the limit of rejection of null hypothesis (Ho) listed in table value r. to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) required the value of t-count equal to or greater than the value of r-tabel.From the results of data analysis above, it can be concluded that "There is a Relationship Between Limb Length And Muscle Limb Power With 100 Meter Running Results in students class VIII SMPN 1 Praya Tengah academic year 2016/2017 ".

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low leap of a volleyball player. The goal to be achieved in this research is to know how big "Influence of jumping skipping and skipping antelope to explosive muscle limb in game volleyball at grade VII students SMPN 1 keruak district east lombok lesson year 2015/2016 ". The method used to obtain the data in this research that is the documentation  and experiment. After getting the value of t-count for the first alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is obtained at 3.020 then the value of t-table with degrees of freedom N = 10 at 5% significant level shows the figure of  2.228.  This  result  means  that  t-count>  t-table  is  3.020>  2.228  or  with  the  null hypothesis rejection limit (Ho) listed in the table value of "t", while for the second alternative hypothesis that t-count> t-table is 3.020> 2.228 or with the limit of rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) listed in the table value of "t", As for the second alternative hypothesis obtained t-count value of 2.539. This result means t-count> t-table that is2,539> 2,228. Based on the above fact that the value of t-count is greater than t-table, thus the value "t" obtained in this study is significant. Then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) "is rejected". It can be concluded that in this research "There is the Influence of Skipping Rope and the Kijang Skip to Explosive Muscle Limb In Volley Games On Male Student of Grade VII SMPN 1 Keruak East Lombok Academic Year 2015/2016

Abstract

The long jump is a form of jumping motion lifting the foot upwards in an effort to carry weight as much as possible in the air (flying in the air) which is performed quickly and by doing repulsion on one leg to reach the distance as far as possible. Based on the results of the observations, each student sometimes performed a good jump but performed poor jump as well. According to researcher, the average student has unstable limb muscle strength and speed. This motivated the researcher to find the contribution of the limb muscle strength and 60 meters sprint toward the long jump ability of squats style on the male students of SMPN 7 Pujut in 2017/2018 academic year. This study aims to determine the correlation between the limb muscle strength and 60 meters sprint toward the long jump ability of squats style on the male students of SMPN 7 Pujut in 2017/2018 academic year. This research is a correlation research. The instruments used in the study were the limb muscle strength test, 60 meter sprint test and long jump of squat style ability. The subjects of this study were the students of SMPN 7 Pujut which amounted to 20 students. The data analysis technique used the test analysis of multiple linearity correlation, simple correlation coefficient test by product moment correlation formula, and multiple correlation. The results of this study show that the correlation of limb muscle strength (X1) toward the long jump ability (Y) is 0.490., the 60 meters sprint (X2) toward the long jump ability (Y) is 0.447, and the correlation between limb muscle strength (X1) and 60 meters sprint (X2), toward the squat style long jump ability (Y) is 0.792. It can be concluded that there is correlation between the limb muscle strength and 60 meters sprint toward the long jump ability of squats style on the male students of SMPN 7 Pujut in 2017/2018 academic year.
