Abstract

The purposes of this studyare: 1) To determine whether self-efficacy has a positive and  significant  effect onemployees performance 2) To determine whether Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction 3) To determine whether job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on  employees performance, 4) To  determine whether  Self-efficacy  have a positive and significant effect on employees performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Based on path analysis, it found that Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients betais 0.432 or 43.2%,  Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a beta standardized coefficients value is 0.857 or 85, 7%, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.534 or 53.4%,  Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on   employees  performance  through   job  satisfaction  as  an  intervening variable by the value of standardized coefficients beta (self-efficacy on employees performance)and the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction is 0.857 x 0.534 = 0.457 or 45.7%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine 1) the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 2) the mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 3) the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 4) the responsibility, mutual contributions, and ability have  effect on employees performance simultaneously, and 5) the variable that effect dominantly on employees performance. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.57, mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.707, the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.475. Simultaneously, the responsibility, mutual contribution, and ability have significant effect on employees performance with a significant level is 56,8%. Then, mutual contributions has effect dominantly on employees performance with a value is 0.388.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to identify the biographical characteristics variables which include age, gender, marital status, number of dependents and tenure that affect the performance of the written batik craftsmen in Paseseh village partially and simultaneously. The hypotheses are (1) to determine whether the age variable has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (2) to determine whether the gender variable has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (3) to determine whether the marital status variable has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (4) to determine whether the variable number of dependents has an effect positive and significant impact on the craftsmen's performance (5) to determine whether the variable of tenure has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (6) to determine whether the variables of biographical characteristics (age, gender, marital status, number of dependents, and tenure) have a simultaneous effect on the craftsmen's performance.The results of the F test showed that the biographical characteristics (age, gender, marital status, number of dependents, and tenure) have an effect on the craftsmen's performance with the results of Fcount (26.706) Ftable (3.13) and then R Square is 0.641 (64%).

Abstract

Companies reach the goals through their employees performance. Employees performance can affect the profits of companies. If the employees performance is low, it is difficult for the company to achieve the goals. So, the companies always try to maintain and improve the performance of their employees. The aims this study are determine the effect of Work Overload and Motivation on performance at PT. Marinal Indo Prima Jumiang Pamekasan partially. This study uses quantitative methods, simple random sampling technique as a sampling technique and a number of 51 employees as respondents. Using the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the Work Overload variable partially has a significant effect on employees performance of PT. Marinal Indo Prima Jumiang Pamekasan is 0.614. The tcount is 2,700 ttable is 1,677 and the significance value is 0.010 0.05. While the Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on employees performance of PT. Marinal Indo Prima Jumiang Pamekasan is 0.354. The tcount is 3,516 ttable is 1,677 and the significance value is 0.001 0.05.

Abstract

The study about the phenomenon during the pandemic, that there is a change in the work system which the work of employees who are usually done in the office can do their work from home (WFH). It means employees no longer need to come the office and face-to-face meetigs with others. Work activities for employees in government agencies are attendance at the office wearing uniforms, and making it with the working hours that have been determined.The aim was to determine the implementation of WFH in improving the employees performance (ASN) at the Surabaya Flight Polytechnic. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study involved 6 people as research subjects or informants. Representative techniques were used in determining the informants in this study. The results indicate that many employees feel uncomfortable with the implementation of WFH, employees performance becomes less than optimal due to limited facilities at home, while obstacles in implementing WFH regarding network constraints are one of the obstacles to WFH implementation. Keywords: WFH, and Performance.

Abstract

       This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and self-efficacy on employees performance and leadership style directly and indirectly at the DPRD Secretariat, Bangkalan. It used a non-probability sampling technique and as many as 98 employees to be used as samples.Using the path analysis, the results showed that (1) Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employees performance (-0.472). (2) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (0.755). (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on leadership style (0.497). (4) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on leadership style (0.483). (5) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (0.661). (6) Work discipline has a positive and significant indirect effect on employees performance through the leadership style as intervening variable (0.328). (7) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant indirect effect on employees performance through the leadership style as intervening variable (0.319). It is lower than the effect of self-efficacy on employees performance directly (0.775).
