Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronik dengan berbagai macamkomplikasi yang dapat menyerang organ tubuh. Hipertensi adalahpenyakit yang dapat dikontrol dengan berbagai intervensi, salahsatunya adalah pengontrolan terhadap asupan makanan. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkatkepatuhan diet dengan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.Desainpenelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien hipertensi dikelurahan Nambangan sebanyak 110 orang. Teknik sampling yangdigunakan adalah purposive random sampling sehingga jumlahsampel sebanyak 60 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakankuesioner dan lembar observasi yang telah diuji validitas danreliabilitasnya, data ini dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji Chi Square didapatkan17,033 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 sehingga dinyatakan terdapathubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepatuhan diet dengantekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Kelurahan Nambangan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antaratingkat kepatuhan diet dengan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

The prevalence of DM in Indonesia occupies the fourth position and continues to increase every year. The uncontrolled of blood sugar condition causes metabolic and vascular complications, one of the complications occured is diabetic foot which is caused by the inadequate peripheral circulation. The examination of Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) is an examination that can be used to assess the adequacy of peripheral circulation. According to the research, warm footbaths can increase the peripheral vascularization, which is expected to have an impact on the decrease of the ABI value. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of warm footbaths decrease the value of ABI. The study design used was quasy-experimetal by using the draft of pre-test post-test control group design. The populations of DM patient were in the village of Mayangan, the total sample of them were 20 respondents. The sampling tehnique used was simple random sampling. Statistical analysis used was paired t-test and independent t-test, with the significance of p <0.05 which means that H0 is rejected. The statistical test result of treatment group showed that there was an effect of ABI value before and after the soaking with the value of p = 0.000, while the result of statistical test between control group and treatment group showed the value of p = 0.005, it means that there is a different value of ABI between control group and treatment group. The conclusion of this study is the warm footbaths effects on the decrease of ABI value in patients with DM.Objective : To find out the effectiveness of soaking warm water in the feet to prevent ulcers in people with diabetes mellitus in the hamlet of Kedungringin, Giripurwa village, Wonogiri.The research design used a Quasy-experimental design with a pre-test post-test control group design. The number of samples is 10 respondents. Tehnink sampling using simple random sampling. Statistical analysis used paired t-test and independent t-test, with a significance of p <0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected.

Abstract

Background : Hypertension is a disorder of the circulatory system which is quite disturbing to public health, this is due to non-tangible symptoms which are often fatal and if not treated immediately can cause damage to organs in the body such as the heart, kidneys, eyes and vessels blood. Tomato fruit is the most nutritious part to cure diseases, one of which is high blood pressure. The most important compounds are solanine alkaloids, saponins, folic acid, malic acid, citric acid, sugar (glucoa, fructose), adenine, trigonelin, kholin, tomatin, and histamine which can overcome high blood pressure in hypertension. Objective : Obtained real experience and effectiveness of tomato juice diet to reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension to overcome the problem of high blood pressure. Method : Descriptive case study which is one type of strategy in qualitative research, with a case study research approach. From several respondents, the authors only took 20 respondents to be usedas case studies. Results : From the study found an average decrease systolic blood pressure of group experiment was 9,6 mmHg with standard deviation 0,843 and diastolic was 5,2 mmHg with standard deviation 1,229. Result Paired Sample T Test of experiment group is p<0, 05, indicating a tomato juice can lower blood pressure. In the Independent T Test values obtained significance p<0,05, which means there is significant difference in blood pressure reduction between experiment group and control group. Patients with hypertension are advised to consume tomato juicefor high blood pressure treatment. banyak mengganggu kesehatan masyarakat, hal ini disebabkan gejalanya yang tidak nyata yang sering kali berakibat fatal. Buah tomat merupakan bagian yang paling berkhasiat untuk menyembuhkan penyakit salah satunya adalah penyakit darah tinggi. Senyawa yang paling penting adalah alkaloid solanin, saponin, asam folat, asam malat, asam sitrat, gula (glukoa, fruktosa), adenin, trigonelin, kholin, tomatin, dan histamin yang mampu mengatasi tekanan darah tinggi pada penyakit hipertensi.Tujuan : Diperolehnya pengalaman nyata dan efektivitas diet jus tomat untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi untuk mengatasi masalah tekanan darah tinggi. Metode : Quasi Experimental yang merupakan salah satu jenis strategi dalam penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan case study research (studi kasus). Dari beberapa responden, penulis mengambil 20 responden. Dianalisa dengan bivariat dan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Dimana perlakuannya adalah pemberian jus tomat sebesar 200 ml sebanyak 1 kali sehari selama 7 hari terhadap pasien hipertensi. Hasil : hasil tekanan darah sebelum dilakukan perlakuan yaitu rata – rata sistolik sebesar 167,10 mmHg dan diastolik sebesar 92, 20 mmHg. Dimana hasilnya tingkat tekanan darah tinggi yang dirasakan responden menurun dengan rerata penurunan tekanan darah sistolik kelompok eksperimen adalah 9,60 mmHg dengan standar deviasi 0,843 mmHg dan rerata penurunan diastolik adalah 5,20 mmHg dengan standar deviasi 1,229 mmHg.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a condition where there is an increase in the level of sugar in the blood or commonly called hyperglicemia. The prevalence of DM in Indonesia occupies the fourth position and continues to increase every year. The prevalence of DM sufferers in Wonogiri reached 40.48%. In Indonesia, 31.7% suffer from DM. The use of pharmacological therapy using chemical drugs in the long term causes side effects for people with hyperglicemia, so they choose non-pharmacological therapies such as guava leaves Guava leaves It contains tannins and calcium wherein tannins inhibit the –glycosidase enzyme so that slows down the release of glucose in the blood. Guava leaves have several benefits, for traditional medicine in patients with hyperglicemia, namely by drinking boiled water of guava leaves. Methods: This research belongs to the type of quasi experiment research. The population in this study were all residents of Gemantar Village, Selogiri District, Wonogiri Regency who suffered from DM. There were 30 samples taken by the researcher using purposive sampling technique. Results: The result is that there is a very significant effect between boiled water of guava leaves and a decrease in blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: The results of the analysis carried out from all respondents obtained data that giving boiled water of guava leaves is effective in helping to reduce blood glucose in patients with hyperglicemia. Latar belakang: Diabetes melitus adalah suatu keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan kadar gula dalam darah atau biasa disebut dengan hiperglikemia. Prevalensi DM di Indonesia menempati posisi keempat dan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Prevalensi penderita DM di Wonogiri mencapai 40,48%. Di Indonesia, 31,7% menderita DM. Penggunaan terapi farmakologi menggunakan obat kimia dalam jangka panjang menimbulkan efek samping bagi penderita hiperglikemia, sehingga memilih terapi non farmakologi seperti daun jambu biji.Daun jambu biji Mengandung tanin dan kalsium dimana tanin menghambat enzim -glikosidase sehingga memperlambat pelepasan glukosa dalam darah. Daun jambu biji memiliki beberapa manfaat, untuk pengobatan tradisional pada penderita hiperglikemia yaitu dengan meminum air rebusan daun jambu biji. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang yang menderita DM di desa gemantar. Adapun ampel yang akan diambil oleh peneliti berjumlah 30 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasilnya, yaitu ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara air rebusan daun jambu biji dan penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes melitus. Kesimpulan: Hasil analisa yang dilakukanan dari keseluruhan responden didapatkan data bahwa pemberian rebusan daun jambu biji efektif untuk membantu penuruan gula darah pada penderita hiperglikemia.
