Abstract

Pendidikan bagian proses panjang dan pembangunan berkelanjutan atau Sustainable development (SDGs) untuk mentransformasikan anak bangsa menjadi manusia beriman dan berilmu. Salah satu mendidik anak bangsa dengan mencintai budaya literasi.dalam PERMENDIKBUD Nomor 23 Tahun 2015 tentang penumbuhan budi pekerti, yang diwujudkan dengan wajib membaca 15 menit sebelum waktu pembelajaran dimulai. dari statistik UNESCO 2012 menyebutkan indeks minat baca di Indonesia 0,001 artinya setiap 1000 orang penduduk, hanya 1 orang saja yang memiliki minat baca. Sebanyak 83 % pengguna internet Indonesia mengunjungi social networking site (republika,2012). data BPS ( 2017 ) mencatat lebih dari 2 juta anak Indonesia menjadi buruh dan tidak sekolah usia 10- 17 Tahun. Pada tahun 2017 hingga bulan Oktober, jumlah penduduk di Desa Lemahbang Karangayar Jawa Tengah yang masih usia sekolah atau usia wajib belajar 9 tahun ada 463 anak. dari 463 anak ada 234 anak yang tidak sekolah . penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan program gerakan One Day One Book sebagai pemberdayaan pendidikan anak putus sekolah dan peningkatan budaya literasi melalui konsep dan pembelajaran multiliterasi. Implikasi dari gerakan One Day One Book ( ODOB ), pertama, Membuat taman baca. Kedua, jurnalistik anak . ketiga, sanggar dakwah ceria sebagai peningkatan moral anak.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's interest in the activities of the production unit at SMK (Vocational High School) Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. SMK which is a non-profit institution that is able to manage a business, business or entrepreneur that is oriented towards home industry to improve students' skills in the field of fashion design. This study aims to determine the process or management of production units at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta based on the stages of preparing production unit management. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of this study show that the management of production units carried out by SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta uses a combination strategy of competency-based learning concepts and the production of goods and services. The production units owned include Mulia Batik Contemporary (MBC), Mulia Collection and clothing rentals and receive stitches. The resulting product also collaborates with several partners and uses digital-based marketing media and the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, marketplaces and business Whatsapp. The production unit also has a well-structured management such as the person in charge, marketing manager, digital marketing, finance manager, administration and is supported by human resources who are experts in their fields.
