Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya motivasi belajar internal pada diri siswa. Tidak terlepas juga dengan siswa pada kelas akselerasi. Walaupun memiliki kemampuan intelektual di atas rata-rata, bukan berarti mereka tidak memiliki motivasi belajar dari diri mereka sendiri.  Untuk itu Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui motivasi belajar internal siswa pada program akselerasi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Ambon.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang motivasi internal siswa pada program akselerasi di SMP Negeri 6 Ambon. Teknik pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yakni siswa akslerasi kelas VIII berjumlah 28 orang. Untuk memperkuat data kuesioner, peneliti juga menggunakan pedoman observasi untuk melihat aktivitas yang ditimbulkan sebagai bagian dari motivasi internal yang ditunjukkan siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar internal siswa pada program akselerasi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Ambon termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari prosentase masing-masing indicator motivas internal siswa. Indikator kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat mendapat prosentase 47,62%. Indikator Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar mendapat prosentase 38,09. Indikator kerelaan meninggalkan kewajiban atau tugas yang lain mendapat prosentase 61,91%. Serta indicator ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas mendapat prosentase 61,91%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual Pada Materi Pendapatan Nasional Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Dalam penelitian ini Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Ambon dengan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI- Ekonomi 1 sebagai kelas Eksperimen dan siswa kelas XI-Ekonomi 2 sebagai kelas Kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan uji gain. Hasil observasi dalam kategori baik, Hasil uji n-gain menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dengan kategori sedang, sementara kelas kontrol menunjukkan peningkatan dengan kategori rendah. Maka dari hasil uji tersebut terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan uji-t diperoleh t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel atau probabilitas lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan ada Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Audio Visual Terhadap Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Seram Bagian Barat, Maluku Province, in response to the limited capacity of teachers in implementing differentiated learning and using simple digital media in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The partner teachers demonstrated low understanding of teaching strategies aligned with students' learning styles, as well as limited technical skills in developing digital teaching media such as QR codes. The objective of this activity was to enhance teachers’ professional capacity through integrative training that combined differentiated learning approaches with the use of QR codes as tools for delivering instructional materials. The implementation method used was a problem-solving approach, with stages including socialization, technical training, simulation, and mentoring. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in creating, sharing, and utilizing QR codes, as well as in designing instructional materials suited to students’ learning needs. This activity transformed teachers’ perspectives on the use of simple technology to support inclusive, efficient, and adaptive learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the participation of fishermen's wives in household income and to identify the factors influencing their income in Dobo City, Aru Islands Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to fishermen's wives engaged in productive economic activities. The results showed that the average contribution of wives' income to household income was classified as moderate, at 34.37%. Simultaneously, variables such as the wife's working time, work experience, husband's income, and number of family members influenced the wives’ income. Partially, the wife's working time, husband's income, and number of family members had a significant effect, while work experience did not. These findings highlight the economic role of women in fishermen's households and the need for empowerment strategies to enhance productivity and access to economic resources. This study is expected to serve as a reference for gender-based development programs in coastal communities.

Abstract

One of the key features of the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5), which includes various themes aimed at developing students' competencies and character. One of the themes addressed is entrepreneurship, which trains and educates students to become creative, critical thinkers, independent, resilient, and innovative. The goal of this community service (PKM) activity is to provide understanding and strengthen both teachers and students on the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial character through various entrepreneurship projects, so that when students enter society, they are not only job seekers but can also create job opportunities for themselves. The activity methodology is directed towards delivering material and group discussions to generate local wisdom-based entrepreneurial ideas, particularly those based on local food resources found in the students' communities. Success indicators are measured based on student participation and their positive response to actively engage in the PKM activities, as well as the entrepreneurial ideas generated through group work activities. The resulting ideas reflect several entrepreneurial characteristics, including having numerous ideas, sensitivity to the environment and opportunities, creativity, independence, discipline, honesty, willingness to take risks, and a future-oriented mindset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi penilaian autentik dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi di tingkat Sekolah Menegah Atas (SMA) Negeri se-kecamatan Nusaniwe Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif dengan metode survey terhadap sejumlah guru ekonomi yang berlokasi pada SMA Negeri yang tersebar di Kecamatan Nusaniwe Kota Ambon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 5 guru mata pelajaran ekonomi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik diskriptif melalui nilai mean dan persentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penilaian Autentik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi cukup baik. Hal ini dilihat berdasarkan indikator perencanaan sebesar 74,6% (M : 3,73), indikator pelaksanaan sebesar 49% (M : 2,45), Indikator analisis dan pelaporan sebesar 45,8%(M : 2,29), Indikator teknik dan instrumen penilaian pengetahuan sebesar 60% (M: 3), indikator teknik dan instrumen penilaian sikap sebesar 13,4% (M;0,67) serta indikator teknik dan instrumen penilaian keterampilan sebesar 80% (M: 4). Dengan demikian guru diharapkan dapat membiasakan diri untuk melaksanakan penilaian autentik secara komprehensip dan mengembangkan kemampuan assesment melalui berbagai pelatihan dan workshop.

Abstract

The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is a cross-disciplinary learning in observing and thinking of solutions to problems in the surrounding environment to enhance various competencies in the Pancasila Student Profile. This study aimed to analyze the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile on the Entrepreneurship Theme in the Subject of Economics at YPKPM Ambon Christian High School. The research method used was qualitative research with a phenomenological approach by conducting interviews with the economics teacher as a key informant and the head of the 5P Team as a supporting informant, which was carried out at YPKPM Ambon Christian High School; besides the data collected was also strengthened by documentation. The results showed that implementing the entrepreneurial theme of Pancasila student profiles included planning which consisted of the team formation stage, assessment, determining pieces/dimensions, creating modules, and conducting expos. Project implementation includes an introduction, context, planning, action, and reflection stages. The performance of this project must be distinct from the role of other parties. This project also has an impact, namely, the growth of Pancasila's character in students. The end of the project with the theme of entrepreneurship is the sale of student-processed products in school expo activities. The problems in the project implementation process did not hinder the project and could still be overcome.
