Abstract

The parenting style applied in the dormitory tends to be authoritarian or centered on onefigure only. Through this coaching style, it is hoped that students will obey and develop inthe direction expected by the Islamic boarding school. The authoritarian parenting styleaffects the condition of students living in Islamic boarding schools when compared to otherparenting patterns such as permitive and democratic. One of the prominent influences onstudent discipline. Therefore, caregivers must familiarize students with a series ofboarding school activities and obey the applicable regulations. Strategies to achieve thegoal of disciplining students, among others, are through the example of their caregiversthrough advice, guidance and ta'zir (punishment). Therefore, it is very interesting to takea study on the pattern of parenting held at the Islamic Islamic Boarding School NurulHuda Purbalingga. Because the number of students reaches 1,200 students.This research method uses a qualitative approach, with a field research model.Researchers went directly to the pesantren to dig up data and information throughobservation and interviews with related parties, such as the head of the foundation, mudir(kiai), and the student body or caregiving department, then the results were analyzedusing descriptive analysis. This research was conducted at the Islamic Boarding SchoolNurul Huda Purbalingga, Mutawashitoh son unit.The results showed that the Islamic Boarding School Nurul Huda Purbalingga, especiallythe Mutawasithoh unit in its care had been managed well and neatly, from planning,organizing, monitoring and evaluating. The pattern of parenting organization in MutiqNurul Huda is that a mudir (kiai) gives parenting tasks to the principal, then the principaldivides the tasks to the curriculum section and the santri section to carry out these tasks.Kiai is a figure who is always followed and used as an example by his students. A Kiaimust have strong management and leadership knowledge in parenting. So that thecharacter of the students can be formed in accordance with the vision, mission and goalsthat have been proclaimed.The pattern of santri in nurturing students is to always provide direction before theactivity begins, provide training and assignments to students, always direct students tofollow and obey all existing regulations, always be a role model for students and create aconducive environment for student learning.In the care of the students of Mutawasithoh Nurul Huda, there are factors that supportand hinder. Among the supporting factors are the figure of a kiai, adequate humanresources, a dormitory system that makes it easier for students to care for students and acomfortable and clean boarding environment so that students can study well. Theinhibiting factor is the problem of funding. Many guardians of students are late in payingtuition fees, so that it affects the smooth accommodation and funding of parentingactivities.

Abstract

This quantitative study examines the impact of The Self Assessment of Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management, proxied by Credit Risk (NPL), Market Risk (NIM), Liquidity Risk (LDR), and Operational Risk (BOPO), on Financial Performance measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The research utilizes secondary data from 29 conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a 5-year period, generating 145 observation data points from 2018 to 2022. Data analysis employs Eviews 12 for descriptive statistics, model accuracy tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination (R²), panel data linear regression analysis, as well as F and t statistical tests. Findings indicate that both GCG and Risk Management variables collectively influence financial performance based on F-test results. Specifically, t-test results reveal that NIM and BOPO variables partially impact financial performance, whereas GCG, NPL, and LDR variables show no partial effects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether price and promotion affect the purchasing decision at Rumah Kopi +62 in Jl. Raya Kalimulya Cilodong, South Depok, either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The sample used in this study was a random sample, namely using a portion of the population totaling 100 respondents as a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of SPSS version 26 data processing, there is an influence between price on purchasing decisions, the value of the regression equation Y = 11,897 + 0.903X1 means that it has a positive effect. The hypothesis test obtained is tcount > ttable or (11,343 > 1.664). Thus H0 is rejected H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant effect between price and purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi +62 Cilodong, south Depok. While the promotion of purchasing decisions obtained the value of the regression equation Y = 12,421 + 0.882X2 which means it has a positive effect. The hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (12,774 > 1.664). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi +62 Cilodong, south Depok. Then, the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions is obtained by the value of the regression equation Y = 9,464 + 0.364X1 + 0.598X2 which means it has a positive effect. The f test obtained fcount > ftable or (90,814 > 3.09). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi +62.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Martabak Bangka Orcila 2, X. The background of this study is based on the increasingly fierce competition in the culinary business, so understanding the factors that influence consumers in making purchases is very important. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. A sample of 100 respondents was selected through probability sampling with the Slovin formula from a population of 21,437 consumers in 2024. Data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple linear regression, accompanied by correlation tests, coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests to see the significance of the influence of variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh varian produk dan harga terhadap proses keputusan pembelian pada PT Indosan Berkat Bersama Jakarta Barat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan PT Indosan Berkat Bersama selama tahun 2024 sebanyak 426 pelanggan, dan sampel diperoleh sebanyak 81 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial varian produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,967 > 1,990). Harga juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (8,811 > 1,990). Secara simultan, varian produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (135,740 > 3,11) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,771 menunjukkan bahwa varian produk dan harga mampu menjelaskan 77,1% variabel proses keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Variabel Harga (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2), Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), dan Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Warung Mang Anggi di Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Warung Mang Anggi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 konsumen sebagai responden. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling . Hasil variabel Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,549 > t tabel sebesar 0,198 dan nilai Sig. < 0,05 (0,0000 < 0,05). Hasil variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan t hitung sebesar 8,986 > t tabel sebesar 0,198 dan nilai Sig. < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil variabel Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 41,790 > 3,091 dan nilai Sig. < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Variabel Harga (X1), Kualitas Produk (X2), Keputusan Pembelian (Y), dan Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Toko Dhabuzz Store Cikande Serang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3.951 konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi yang berjumlah 98 konsumen sebagai responden. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Hasil variabel Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung sebesar 12,239 > ttabel sebesar 0,820 dan nilai Sig. < 0,05 (0,0000 < 0,05). Hasil variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan thitung sebesar 4,177 > ttabel sebesar 0,395 dan nilai Sig. < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil variabel Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai fhitung sebesar 74,616 > 3,093 dan nilai Sig. < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).
