Abstract

Education is the learning of knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people that are passed down from one generation to the next through teaching, training, or research. Given the importance of education, especially one of the determinants of the final outcome of education is the performance of educators as the spearhead of the government dealing directly with students, it is very important to have standard educators.

Abstract

National Education Standards are minimum criteria regarding various relevant aspects in the implementation of the national education system and must be met by education providers or units throughout the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. National Education Standards serve as the basis for planning, implementing and supervising education in the context of realizing quality national education. National Education Standards aim to ensure the quality of national education in the context of educating the nation's life and shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation. National Education Standards are refined in a planned, directed and sustainable manner in accordance with the changing demands of local, national and global life. According to PP No. 19 of 2005, content standards are the scope of the material and the level of competence as outlined in the criteria for graduate competencies, study material competencies, subject competencies, and learning syllabus that must be met by students at certain levels and types of education. Content standards include the basic framework and curriculum structure, learning load, curriculum unit level and educational or academic calendars and in accordance with PP No. 19 of 2005 Process standards are national education standards relating to the implementation of learning in an educational unit to achieve graduate competency standards. The desired process is an interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating learning process for students to participate actively, as well as providing sufficient scope for initiative, creativity and independence according to interests and talents as well as the physical and psychological development of students.

Abstract

Lecturers should be able to see their profession as a calling from the soul, so that they carry out their duties which are summarized in the tridharma of higher education. On the other hand, lecturers must be able to develop the talents of their students if they look talented and instill skills in their students if the skills are not visible. For this reason, STAI lecturer Rakha Amuntai began to improve by making all his student assignments more qualified by increasing the standard of assignments that were initially only papers based on published literature research, especially if there were students who were ready to make field research-based articles into published articles.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in nation building. However, educational attainment in Indonesia at present has not yet reached the best quality of education. Various policies in an effort to improve the quality of education have been carried out by the government and are still continuing. National Education Standards (SNP) are minimum criteria regarding various relevant aspects in the implementation of the national education system and must be met by education providers and/or units throughout the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. National Education Standards serve as the basis for planning, implementing, and supervising education in the context of realizing quality national education. National Education Standards aim to ensure the quality of national education in the context of educating the nation's life and shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation. National Education Standards are refined in a planned, directed, and sustainable manner in accordance with the changing demands of local, national, and global life. There are eight National Education Standards, namely: Content Standards, Process Standards, Educators and Education Personnel Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Financing Standards, and Educational Assessment Standards.

Abstract

In the world of education technology is very important, because nowadays almost every activity uses technology. One of them is information technology in order to store student data such as student biodata, teacher biodata, new student admissions data, attendance lists, alumni bios, addresses, educational history, teacher attendance lists and others, which can be viewed through the management information system. With a management information system, it can support the learning process, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. The pandemic forces the learning process to use technology. The government together with the Ministry of Education and Culture work together to meet the needs of technology in education, especially in Indonesia. The management information system has an impact on improving the quality of the school towards a better direction, it is also useful in managerial decisions that will be taken by the school.

Abstract

Education is an important thing in human life. The success of an educational institution is largely determined by the role of leadership. The role of a leader in carrying out and taking various strategies to advance educational institutions is very urgent. Because of its existence in overcoming various problems faced by educational institutions. A leader carries out strategic management as an effort to fortify himself so that educational activities can still be carried out and the quality of education can increase. This research uses a qualitative approach method with library research or literature study. As for the problems discussed, the author uses descriptive analysis method. The results of this study are the leadership of an educational institution must be able to implement strategies to overcome leadership problems in order to be able to create a conducive atmosphere for educational institutions.

Abstract

The important role of quality fulfillment in improving the internal quality of education, where the level of success of learning is strongly supported by the fulfillment of effective quality in accordance with the needs and conditions in the educational environment, education quality assurance, especially in education programs, is obliged to provide and provide assistance in meeting standards. Educational Assessment Standards are criteria regarding the mechanisms, procedures, and instruments for assessing student learning outcomes. Assessment standards by educators according to BSNP include general standards, planning standards, implementation standards, processing and reporting standards of assessment results and standards for the use of assessment results.

Abstract

Management of educational infrastructure, in this case as a tool in the teaching and learning process, is considered to have an influence on students' learning outcomes or achievements. Facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both moving and immovable so that educational goals can be achieved smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. Infrastructure is all kinds of equipment, equipment and objects used by teachers and students to facilitate the implementation of education. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Quantitative research methods are a researcher's attempt to find knowledge by providing data in the form of numbers. Thus it can be concluded that the ownership status of facilities and infrastructure at MI TAHFIDZ ANWAHA belongs to the school which is in the high category. The facilities and infrastructure at MI TAHFIDZ ANWAHA are complete, including in the high category. The facilities and infrastructure at MI TAHFIDZ ANWAHA are good and standard, including in the high category. Maintenance of the facilities and infrastructure at MI TAHFIDZ ANWAHA is always carried out and this maintenance is carried out with educational excellence which is included in the high category. Facilities and infrastructure at MI TAHFIDZ ANWAHA may not be used outside school activities/hours and these facilities and infrastructure have been used according to their function, including in the very high category. The operational costs for facilities and infrastructure at MI TAHFIDZ ANWAHA come from BOS funds and sometimes there are problems in managing these operational costs which are in the high category.

Abstract

Improving the learning process at MI Tahfidz Anwarul Hasaniyyah is influenced by many factors, one of which is the communication management process between teachers and parents. Good communication between teachers and parents is very influential on the smoothness of learning. In this communication, social media such as WhatsApp is needed as a communication tool. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of frequency distribution.

Abstract

The principal is a person who has a big influence in a school. As a manager, the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogical, professional, social and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of school principals is needed to improve teacher competency. This research aims to determine the role of the school principal as a manager in determining strategies through collaboration and communication at the MA Anwarul Hassaniyah (ANWAHA) school in Tabalong Regency from the aspects of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The principal of the MA Anwarul Hassaniyah (ANWAHA) Tabalong school has carried out his role as a manager by implementing management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing, Supervising.
