Abstract

This research investigates the use of interactive content as a technology-based learning media tool to increase student learning motivation. In the context of rapid development of information and communication technology, education requires innovation in learning methods. Interactive content is recognized as an effective tool that can enrich students' learning experiences through clear and interactive visual representations. The aim of the research is to analyze literature related to student learning motivation, explore the benefits and challenges associated with it, and communicate the contribution of this research in the development of innovative learning practices. a research approach that uses data in the form of numbers to measure, analyze and interpret phenomena. It is used in a variety of scientific disciplines to identify relationships between variables, collect data with methods such as surveys or experiments, and produce findings that can be generalized to a larger population. Nonetheless, it is important for educators and researchers to pay attention to quality animation design as well as the role of educators in facilitates the effective use of animation. This research contributes to the development of innovative learning practices and further explores the use of animation as an effective learning medium in increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

Time management is managing time so that the time we use is not wasted. Many students cannot divide their time well between time for studying, time for relaxing, and time for other activities. Time management is an internal factor, namely a process of managing yourself. The role of time management is very necessary in learning activities, because time management is one of the internal factors that influences learning. Apart from study time management, parental participation is also a factor that supports the success of good study achievement. Students’ understanding of time management will form a disciplined person. Students must practice managing and allocating time every day. Good time management allows students to separate learning activities from personal activities. This research aims to find out about Time Management on the Quality of Student Learning at MTs Anwarul Hasaniyah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the performance of the OSIS at MTs Anwarul Hasaniyyah. To describe organizational management in improving OSIS performance at MTs Anwarul Hasaniyyah. In order to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the performance of the OSIS at MTs Anwarul Hasaniyyah. This research is qualitative field research. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Next, data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that: the performance of the OSIS at MTs Anwarul Hasaniyyah has improved compared to before, seen from the enthusiastic participation of OSIS children in carrying out OSIS activities. But there are still some OSIS students who are lazy about participating in OSIS activities. Organizational management can clearly be seen from the organizational structure, where OSIS administrators have their respective duties and responsibilities. Through the management of this organization, they receive guidance and direction from the Head of the Madrasah, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, and OSIS Supervisor. The supporting factors are teachers, parents, budget, facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of organizational experience, the student council administrators do not understand their work and peers.

Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure is very important because by managing the facilities and infrastructure of educational institutions, their use will be maintained and clear. In managing the school, the school must be responsible for the facilities and infrastructure, especially the school principal who directly handles the facilities and infrastructure. And the school must be able to maintain and pay attention to existing school facilities and infrastructure. So, with the facilities and infrastructure at school, students can learn optimally and as efficiently as possible. So the management of facilities and infrastructure must be emphasized more in educational institutions such as schools. By managing existing facilities and infrastructure at the school, the principal can plan and record what facilities and infrastructure should be used at the school. If all management steps have gone well as expected, it will have a positive impact on students in the teaching and learning process and achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The method used is quantitative research in the form of frequency distribution.

Abstract

The library is one of the supporting components in an academic institution, namely it plays an important role in providing books as a source of learning reference. Therefore, libraries must also be equipped with good information systems so that the role of libraries in academic institutions is maximized. The aim of this research is to build a library information system that can facilitate book data collection, digital book document storage and record book circulation in the library at the Ma Anwarul Hasaniyah (ANWAHA) school. And also library management is basically the process of optimizing human, material and budget contributions to achieve library goals. The library at Ma Anwaha school is still experiencing several obstacles, so it cannot run as it should. These obstacles come from two aspects. Firstly, the structural aspect, meaning that the existence of the library at Ma Anwaha's school has received little attention from the school management. Second, the technical aspect, meaning that the existence of the library at Ma Anwaha's school has not been supported by technical aspects that are really needed by school libraries such as funds and facilities and infrastructure.
