Abstract

Virus komputer memiliki berbagai kemampuan dasar diantaranya adalah kemampuan memanipulasi, kemampuan untuk memperbanyak diri, dan sebagainya. Keberadaan metode pembelajaran Computer Based Instruction (CBI) dapat membantu memudahkan orang yang ingin mempelajari materi-materi virus komputer dan berlatih mengerjakan soal-soal tentang virus  komputer melalui komputer dan internet sehingga pengguna tidak perlu mengikuti pelatihan formal yang membutuhkan biaya besar serta dapat lebih mahir dengan belajar mandiri melalui program pembelajaran virus komputer. Melalui program pembelajaran pengenalan dan penanganan  virus komputer dengan metode CBI diharapkan dapat menambah kemahiran pengguna dalam mengenal tentang virus komputer serta dapat memperluas pengetahuan dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang membahas tentang virus komputer.

Abstract

In this globalization era, consumers have more and wide knowledge about products. It is therefore necessary for marketing strategy. One of the mixed marketing elements, that is, promotion that leads someone or organization to do an act of exchange in marketing so that it becomes a benchmark for the company to meet its needs and desires of its consumers and the use of celebrity in marketing communication. It is expected to help brand awareness, brand recognition, brand recall, and increasing brand purchase of a product.Research methods Non probability sampling with purposive sampling and data collection by using questionnaires. The analysis result shows that the Celebrity Endorser and repetition of advertising messages have a significant influence on the learning process of consumers. Abstract

The problems and obstacles faced by micro enterpreneurs in Indonesia are generally same, the things that make existence of the UKM is different because the aspect of enterpreneurship behaviour, natural resources potential as well as culture which is related to the behaviour and geodemography which is related to culture, simi where they start liarity, and difference of cultural values, history, and belief systemas and its environment. The rising of ethinic diversity in one country because this country welcome and accept different ethinicity to start their bussiness and to develop, expand and contribute to local communities. This research focuses on the behaviour of enterpreneurship of certan ethinicity that make this certain ethnic have a high spirit of enterpreneurship but other ethnic has low spirit of enterpreneurship.The variable of this research is the characteristic of enterpreneurship, that is, self-confidence, job-oriented, result oriented, risk taker, leadership, originality, future orientation. The comparison study involved ethnics east ans west Sumbanese, javanese, bimarese, sabunese, bugis,. The sample used is systematic sampling dan purposive sampling.The result show that the behaviour of enterpreuners of each ethnics is different from each other in term of hard-work, risk takers, responsible, future oriented which value the achievement higher than money.Key words: Micro enterpreneur, small and average, bussiness enterpreneur, ethnic

Abstract

Knowingly or not the micro, small and medium enterprises have the potential and prospects to be developed, in terms of the characteristics, that is, the scale of business, number of employees, capacity and sales is very different from big enterprises, therefore, it can be said that the small and medium enterprises have a toughness and resilience in business continuity. This study emphasizes the entrepreneurial profile in Waingapu district which examines the type of bussiness, labor, education, type of work, bussiness license, marketing, technology used and how to obtain the raw materials and the obstacles dealth by entrepreneurs.The population of this study is all the UMKM in district Kota Waingapu which consists of 4 sub-districts: Matawai, Kamalaputi, Hambala and Kambajawa. While, the sample is the UMKM in 4 sub-districts based on the population data in RT where all the businesses located, whereas the data analysis uses descriptive technique in which presentation in the form of cross-tabulation.Results of this study conclude that all the bussiness in district Kota Waingapu are small and micro bussiness with various background education, elementary schools to high schools. The entrepreneurs are mostly dominated by men, the entrepreneurship motivation are their own initiatives, as a source of additional income and while others are to continue the work of their parents and the rests have no other choice jobs, while the origin of the raw materials and marketing are in and out of districts, regencies and provinces. The obstacles of entrepreneurships are mostly about the capitals, simple financial records as well as the lack of skilled labor.Keyword: Entrepreneurship, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
