Abstract

One of the national problem in our education nowdays is the low quality of it. It is, therefore, there are many efforts by the goverment to improit by to improve the tools, instrument’s, human resources curriculum, budget and other else. In this research is willing to know about the improvement of the quality of the student’s activity the location in manado in 2016. The methods is qualitative one. The results of the research is that by the gift of the portain for the student’s they will be given the opportunity to strengthen the cognitive, effective and psicomotoric domain. In cognitive domain they will enlarge the knowledge, creativity, inovation and change the social action to sinergic effect, and the psicomotoric they are able to practice the knowladge into action. The suggestions are (1) the student’s have to be en courage to enrich the science and to be intellectual person (2) the student’s have to suport to be good attitude (3) the student’s have to motivate to practice in the field.

Abstract

The aim of this classroom action research is to find out how much influence the implementation of the Simulation learning model has on improving student learning outcomes in Class VI PKN subjects at SDN 1 Ayong. The research was carried out in 2 cycles. Each research cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 19 class VI students at SDN 1 Ayong. The data collection techniques used consisted of observation (direct observation), tests (pre-test & post-test), and field notes. There was an increase in learning outcomes using the Simulation learning model for class VI students at SDN 1 Ayong. The results of the research showed that in cycle I the classical percentage value of student learning outcomes was 62.94, then it increased in cycle II with the classical percentage value of student learning outcomes being 88.10. Meanwhile, 11 people completed individual learning in cycle I or 57.89% and 8 people did not complete it, meaning 42.11% then increased in cycle II, namely 100% all completed. So it can be concluded that through the Simulation learning model it can improve student learning outcomes in PKN subjects, especially in class VI SDN 1 Ayong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Independent Curriculum Management at Sekolah Pengbangun and Sekolah Mandiri Panggang. This study is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research location is at GMIM Ritey Elementary School and GMIM Lopana Elementary School. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that GMIM Ritey Elementary School Drive School designed ATP, created teaching and assessment tools using examples from PMM, designed the P5 project by creating a project module, the implementation of the P5 project runs according to the project module, teachers have implemented differentiated learning, there is collaboration between teachers and also parents and the community, teacher and student reflections and evaluations, implementation of formative assessments during learning and summative assessments are divided into daily summative, mid-semester summative, and end-of-semester summative, remedial for students who have not achieved learning outcomes, and P5 project assessments based on the dimensions assessed and their report cards are given once a year. Independent School Sharing GMIM Lopana Elementary School made ATP and teaching and assessment tools from examples on the internet, there was no P5 project planning and the implementation of the P5 project did not go well, had not implemented differentiated learning, there was collaboration between teachers, parents and the community, teachers reflected on students by asking questions at the end of learning, formative assessments were carried out during learning by giving assignments and summative during assessments the mid-semester and end-of-semester summatives, remedial in the form of oral or written exams, and the P5 project assessment had not been realized.

Abstract

The place or location of this research is SMP Negeri 1 Sonder which is located on Jalan Tounelet Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. Based on the characteristics of the problems studied and the research sites chosen, the implementation of this research will take place from November 2021 – February 2022. This research is a research that uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is the method of exposing findings based on facts yAfter doing research with the Implementation of Educational Quality Supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Sonder, contained in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that on The leadership of the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Sonder generally has Good. Where is the evaluation SMP Negeri 1 Sonder with the following results: Carry out supervision of teachers withprovide assistance and facilities for teaching materials necessary, he providing facilities such as providing book references for teachers who need them as well as directing teachers to choose appropriate teaching materials. The success of a school is certainly centered on the principal and controls well on the development of teachers, staff, administration, and staff within the scope of the organization or school phenomena obtained based on data collected from the field.
