<![CDATA[AbstrakDalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara manusia tidak akan terlepas dari politik. Manusia akan selalu melakukan aktivitas politik dengan manusia lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya, termasuk kebutuhan dalam kedudukannya sebagai warga negara. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pendidikan politik yang diberikan Saung Bewara Pemilu di Kota Bandung, yakni mengenai bentuk pendidikan politik, metode, hambatan dan solusi yang digunakan Saung Bewara Pemilu dalam memberikan pendidikan politik di Kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat yang termasuk pemilih pemula mengenai efektivitas Saung Bewara Pemilu di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Â Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah program Saung Bewara Pemilu belum cukup efektif dalam memberikan pendidikan politik bagi pemilih pemula di Kota Bandung, kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan belum massif dan metode sosialisasi pendidikan politik belum cukup untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat pemilih pemula di Kota Bandung. Maka dapat diketahui bahwa bentuk dan metode pendidikan politik yang diberikan sangat berpengaruh pada tingkat ketertarikan masyarakat di Kota Bandung termasuk masyarakat pemilih pemula.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Pendidikan Politik, Pemilih PemulaAbstractIn the life of society, nation and state, humans cannot be separated from politics. This research focuses on the political education given by Saung Bewara Election in Bandung City, namely the form of political education, methods, obstacles and solutions used by Saung Bewara Election in providing political education in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study is also to determine the response of the public, including novice voters, regarding the effectiveness of the Saung Bewara Election in Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are the Saung Bewara Election program has not been effective enough in providing political education for novice voters in the city of Bandung, the socialization activities carried out were not massive and the methods of socialization of political education were not enough to attract the attention of the novice voters in the city of Bandung.
