Abstract

AbstrakMemahami tentang anak di bawah umur terkait atau sebagai pelaku terorisme yang menunjukan hasil bahwa anak sebagai pelaku terorisme tidak bisa dianggap sebagai pelaku kejahatan, melainkan korban kejahatan, korban jaringan terorisme, korban doktrin, eksploitasi pemikiran, propaganda dari ajakan orang tua atau orang dewasa di sekitarnya sehingga harus dilindungi secara khusus. Anak seperti ini hanya manus ministra (alat untuk melakukan kejahatan), tidak boleh dipidana penjara, melainkan harus diedukasi, diberi konseling, direhabilitasi dan pedampingan sosial.Kata Kunci: Anak di Bawah Umur, Terkait Terorisme, Akibat Hukum AbstractUnderstanding of related minors or as perpetrators of terrorism which shows the result that children as perpetrators of terrorism cannot be considered as perpetrators of crime, but victims of crime, victims of terrorist networks, victims of doctrine, exploitation of ideas, propaganda from the invitation of parents or adults around them so it must be specially protected. Such a child is only a manus ministra (a tool to commit crimes), should not be sentenced to prison, but must be educated, given counselling, rehabilitated and social assistance.Keywords: minors, related to terrorism, legal consequences
