Abstract

AbstrakPersaingan setiap perusahaan dalam dunia bisnis saat ini tidak hanya harus menghadapi persaingan pada produk tapi juga persaingan dalam bidang pelayanan jasa. Penumpang yang bepergian menggunakan pesawat udara melalui Bandar Udara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta sudah memperkirakan aksesibilitas menuju bandar udara agar dapat meminimalisir waktu tiba di Badar Udara, tetapi jika operasional Bandar Udara dipindahkan ke bandara Yogyakarta Internasional Airport (YIA) di Kulon Progo penumpang perlu memperhitungkan kembali aksesibilitas dari tempat tinggal menuju ke bandar udara yang baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif atau metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat potivisme. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penumpang yang menggunakan jasa penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta, Kulon Progo. Jumlah Kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden. Berdasrkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan Nilai t hitung sebesar 9,117 > t tabel sebesar 1.984 atau nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas menuju Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta terhadap variabel persepsi penumpang dan Variabel aksesibilitas (X) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 45,9% terhadap variabel persepsi penumpang (Y) sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terangkum didalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Aksesibilitas, Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta, Persepsi AbstractCompetition every company in today's business world must not only face competition in products but also competition in the field of services. Passengers traveling by airplane via Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport have estimated accessibility to the airport in order to minimize arrival time at the airport, but if airport operations are moved to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) airport in Kulon Progo, passengers need to reconsider accessibility from their place of residence. just go to the new airport. This research uses quantitative methods or research methods based on the philosophy of potivism. The population in this study are passengers who use flight services at Yogyakarta International Airport, Kulon Progo. The number of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the t-count value of 9.117 > t-table of 1.984 or the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the accessibility variable to Yogyakarta International Airport on the passenger perception variable and the accessibility variable (X) gives an effect of 45.9% on the passenger perception variable (Y) the rest is influenced by other factors that are not summarized in this study.Keywords: Accessibility, Yogyakarta International Airport, Perception

Abstract

In this era of progress, there are many phenomena that occur, which indicate a shift in behavior models in society where initially airplanes were only used by certain groups of people, but with the development of the times and the increasingly advanced world of technological developments, now airplanes can be enjoyed by all lines of society. Current conditions make marketers try to keep abreast of the development trend of increasingly changing consumer behavior. The purpose of this study was to look at the influence of reference group variables and price perceptions in West Kalimantan students on the decision to use airplanes. The approach used by researchers in this paper is a quantitative approach. where researchers conducted a study in the form of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires which were then filled in by respondents, namely students from the Province of West Kalimantan totaling 100 respondents. Then the data will be processed using data analysis in the form of a classical assumption test and several analytical techniques such as multiple linear regression equations, T-test, F-test to the Coefficient of Determination. The results of data processing show that price perceptions and reference groups in West Kalimantan students simultaneously have a significant influence on increasing the decision to use aircraft. Perceived prices and reference groups of West Kalimantan students partially have a significant influence on increasing the decision to use aircraft. With the results of testing the coefficient of determination, it shows that the variable influence of service quality and availability of facilities on passenger satisfaction is 0.448 (44.8%).

Abstract

Efforts to develop human resources in line with the company's vision and mission are not an easy job, companies are required to be able to prepare a workforce that is able to carry out tasks in work effectively and efficiently. Obstacles that often occur in a company in efforts to develop human resources are high physical workload or workload and lack of situational awareness. This research uses a type of research with a qualitative descriptive method. To be able to get answers from the research, the researcher made a research design design. Qualitative research is research that is used to investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality of influences that cannot be explained, measured or described through a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the physical workload of the AMC unit at Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung is very high due to the very wide coverage of the supervisory area, as well as the great responsibility in supervising and controlling all movements on the air side, with a large number of personnel. experienced a shortage of officers/executors as field workers, where the AMC unit only had 2 officers/executors, therefore with this great responsibility the workload on the AMC unit was also very high. Regarding the condition and form, the level of Situational awareness possessed by AMC officers is already at level 3, because officers can function themselves in the right conditions and at the right time in the surrounding environment in an effective way

Abstract

In accordance with SKEP/2765/XII/2010 regulations, all those who will enter the airport area must first be checked through the Security Check Point. The problem is with the equipment used to check passenger goods through the Security Check Point. Work equipment with adequate conditions in a condition suitable for use and properly maintained can make it easier for the operation process to run smoothly so that items that are prohibited or not allowed to enter the aircraft cabin are prevented from escaping. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is arranged systematically from interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative research is research that is applied to conduct investigations, make discoveries, describe and explain the quality of influence without being able to give a description, measure or describe using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the interviews and observations, it can be explained that the Security Check Point equipment must be checked regularly and recorded starting from the Aviation Security officer's report to the Airport Electronics technician officer. 4 X-ray equipment only 1 X-ray has problems so the inspection process is sometimes closed, 4 WalkTrough Metal Detector equipment is safely under control for inspection. In some HandHeld Metal Detector tools, problems often occur, the HandHeld Metal Detector report is not attached because if the sensor from the HandHeld Metal Detector equipment experiences problems, the equipment is immediately replaced with a new one.

Abstract

Transportasi di Indonesia bisa disebut sebagai urat nadi perekonomian karena mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kegiatan perizinan yang juga melibatkan Otoritas Bandar Udara. Di samping itu dengan keberadaan Otoritas Bandar Udara, pemerintah dapat dengan mudah melakukan pemantauan terhadap kegiatan Keamanan Penerbangan yang ada di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Kemanan Penerbangan Sendiri mempunya tanggung jawab terhadap keamanan yang terjadi di lapangan, salah satu tugasnya yaitu melakukan investigasi ketika terjadi masalah di Bandar Udara. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan Motivasi dan lingkugan kerja yang mendorong dan nyaman agar kinerja dari Inspektur dapat terealisasikan tanpa terbebani. Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja inspektur keamanan penerbangan di Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah I Kelas Utama Soekarno-Hatta. Penelitian ini diolah dengan metode kuantitatif, menyebar kuisioner, dan mengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) Secara dominan variabel motivasi kerja ada pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai walaupun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Balikpapan adalah bandara tersibuk ke-6 di Indonesia dan bandara tersibuk di Pulau Kalimantan. Aktivitas yang padat membuat keselamatan dan keamanan akan menjadi hal yang menjadi prioritas untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya insiden ataupun kecelakaan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh Safety Culture terhadap implementasi Safety Management System, dan bagaimana keseuaian penerapan Safety Culture terhadap implementasi Safety Management System sesuai dengan PERMENHUB KM No 20 Tahun 2009. Penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam safety culture terhadap implementasi safety management system oleh responden yaitu petugas AMC dengan besaran persentase pengaruh 97,3 %. Dan dalam penerapan safety culture terhadap safety management system sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP) yang tercantum dalam PERMENHUB No KM 20 Tahun 2009.

Abstract

The time factor is a crucial factor in airlines. So that the timeliness of on time performance (OTP) is important in the world of aviation. This study aims to determine the use of aviobridge and the impact of using aviobridge in increasing on time performance at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample of this study are monthly airline data including flight schedule data, actual airline data, on time airline data, and airline data using aviobridge. The data analysis carried out consisted of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence from the use of aviobridge on on time performance at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang with H1 accepted because there are significant results from the two variables. These results show that in December 2022 the total average use of aviobridge was 155.7%, which affected delays with an average of 22% and a ratio of 1:1.13.

Abstract

Departure terminal capacity to passenger volume at Patimura Ambon International Airport, Maluku Province in 2021 has experienced an increase in the number of passengers, won the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award, in the airport category with a capacity of less than 2 million per year, from this statement the researcher wants to conduct a wide capacity analysis waiting room terminal, seating facilities, and passenger volume, whether the research results need development or not. The data in this study used secondary data, namely data on the number of passengers in the last three years, and primary data, namely data on the number of existing passenger departure terminal seats. Data analysis used descriptive statistical methods based on the formula in SKEP/347/XII/99, Director General of Civil Aviation. The results of the study stated that the area of the departure waiting room was 220 m² based on SKEP 77/VI/2005 Director General of Civil Aviation. The capacity of the departure waiting room at Gate-1 to gate-5, gates 1 and 2 can accommodate passengers, gate-3 = 271 passengers, gate-4 = 267 passengers and gate-5 = 247 passengers. The need for seats based on SKEP 77/VI/2005 Director General of Civil Aviation is 828 seats. The results of the analysis of the capacity of the Departure Waiting Room Terminal for Passenger Volume at Patimura Ambon International Airport, Maluku Province, were declared to be appropriate based on SKEP 77/VI/205 of the Director General of Civil Aviation.

Abstract

Aviation security and safety must be considered in every operation. To prevent accidents, actions that increase safety are needed, such as adopting a safety culture. Safety culture is formed through organizational, professional and national culture that is implemented to maintain flight safety. The aim of this research is to find out how far the safety culture is implemented at the Aviation Security unit at Betoambari Airport. This study uses a research method in the form of a qualitative approach using primary data in the form of interview and observation data and secondary data in the form of literature studies, report data in the form of SOP (Operational Standard) archives related to safety culture and events that have been documented and related to the subject matter. research discussion. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Then in measuring the validity of the researchers used the technique of triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study looked at the implementation of the safety culture at Betoambari Airport with the implementation of AVSEC officers: performance, work shifts, work coordination, safety briefings with other units according to the SOP in force in the Ministry of Transportation regulation SKEP 2765/XII/ 2010. the obstacles faced by AVSEC officers are related to the need to improve the quality of human resources, coordination with other units such as customs to work optimally and the addition of incomplete facilities to support AVSEC's performance in aviation safety and security.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mendapatkan kinerja karyawan yang berkualitas, sangat diperlukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Penilaian kinerja saat ini menjadi salah satu unsur penting dalam mewujudkan perusahaan yang produktif dan mampu berkembang dengan baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Performance Management System (PMS), prinsip -prinsip serta solusi dan penyelesaian permasalahan pada unit boarding gate pada maskapai Batik Air di Bandar Udara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif, mengumpulkan data primer melalui observasi dan wawancara selain data sekunder dari dokumen yang berkaitan dengan evaluasi kinerja dan peristiwa yang telah dicatat dan dihubungkan dengan diskusi penelitian. Sejak 7 September hingga 9 September 2024, PT Kokapura Bandara Jendral Ahmad Yani Semarang menyelenggarakan penelitian ini selama tiga hari. Tiga metode digunakan untuk memperoleh data: dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Sementara itu, metode analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan, pengurangan, penyajian, dan pengambilan kesimpulan dari data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PMS berjalan lancar dan sejalan dengan protokol yang ditetapkan. Organisasi juga mengikuti prinsip-prinsip Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (PMS), yang meliputi menetapkan tujuan yang jelas untuk tugas yang diselesaikan, mendorong dan memotivasi staf untuk memenuhi tujuan organisasi dengan menjaga konsistensi dalam klarifikasi tugas, mendelegasikan wewenang dan tanggung jawab untuk pelaksanaan tugas kepada anggota staf sehingga mereka dapat memberikan umpan balik, melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan yang berkelanjutan,  dan melibatkan anggota staf dalam proses PMS. Tidak ada hambatan besar dalam Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (PMS) di Petugas Boarding Gate Maskapai Batik Bandara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. karena gerbang keberangkatan.
