Abstract

AbstrakPola asuh menjadi bagian terpenting dari proses mendidik anak agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Hanya saja, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan orang tua menjadikan mereka minim pengetahuan dan kesadaran terhadap pola pengasuhan kepada anak. Orang tua tidak mengetahui bahwa jika pola asuh yang diterapkan itu salah, dapat memberi dampak buruk bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Dampak buruk itu berupa luka batin yang dialami anak sebab pola asuh yang kurang baik yang diterima dari orang tua. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya pola asuh, dan keterkaitan pola asuh dan Inner Child terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di RA. Al-Muslim Waborobo, Kota Baubau, Kecamatan Betoambari, Sulawesi TenggaRA. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan terdiri dari tahap persiapan yaitu observasi, administrasi, dan persiapan alat dan bahan. Tahap pelaksanaan itu terdiri dari langkah persiapan dan kegiatan sosialisasi. Dan tahap akhir terdiri dari monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan kesadaran kepada orang tua tentang pentingnya pola asuh terhadap anak dan memperoleh pengetahuan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara pola asuh dan Inner Child terhadap tumbuh kembang anak.Kata Kunci: Orang Tua, Anak Usia Dini, Pola Asuh, Inner Child AbstractParenting is the most important part of the process of educating children so that they can grow and develop properly. However, the low level of education of parents makes them lack of knowledge and awareness of parenting patterns for children. Parents do not know that if the parenting applied is wrong, it can have a bad impact on the child's growth and development. The bad impact is in the form of mental wounds experienced by children due to poor parenting received from parents. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and awareness of parents about the importance of parenting, and the relationship between parenting and Inner Child to child growth and development. This activity is carried out in RA. Al-Muslim Waborobo, Baubau City, Betoambari District, Sulawesi TenggaRA. The activity was carried out in three stages consisting of the preparation stage, namely observation, administration, and preparation of tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of preparation steps and socialization activities. And the final stage consists of monitoring and evaluation. This socialization activity provides awareness to parents about the importance of parenting for children and gains knowledge that there is a relationship between parenting and Inner Child to child growth and development.Keywords: Parents, Early Childhood, Parenting, Inner Child

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the interaction of educators and students in creating positive relationships in the classroom. Where educators must have the ability to build positive interaction relationships with children. So as to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere for children. This research uses a type of qualitative research in the form of a literature study (Library Research) Literature studies are related to theoretical studies based on data in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals and other scientific literature references. The results showed that an educator must be able to create a sense of security and comfort for children, especially for children from chaotic families. Because a positive relationship with teachers and children can foster confidence in children towards teachers.
