Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan objek wisata mangrove pandansari baik secara langsung maupun melalui online menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji F 5,584 dengan probabilitas 0,00 < 0,005. Uji t kualitas sumber daya manusia 0,000 < 0,005 nilai t 1,28 > 2,67779 (t tabel) berpengaruh signifikan dan stress kerja 0,000 < 0,005 nilai t 1,730 > 2,67779 (t tabel) pada hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menyatakan bahwa variabel kualiatas sumber daya manusia dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja berpengaruh sebesar 19,2%.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis study aims to determine : the influence of the quality of human resources, and job stress on employee performance. The method of data collection was by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of pandansari mangrove tourism object both directly and via online using google form. The results of the study stated that the variable quality of human resources, and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the 5.584 F test with a probability of 0.000 < 0.005. Human resource quality t test 0.000 < 0.005 t value 1,28 > 2.67779 (t tabel) has a significant effect and work stress 0.000 < 0.005 t value 1.730 > 2.6779 (t table) on results of multiple linear regression analiysis states that the variabel the quality of human resources and work stress on performance have an effect of 19.2%.Keywords: Quality of Human Resources, Work Stress, Employe Performance.
