Abstract

Abstrak Artikel penelitian ini mengkaji sistem representasi proporsional tertutup dan terbuka, beserta persoalan yang terkait. Studi ini menganalisis fitur, keuntungan, dan kelemahan dari kedua sistem tersebut dalam konteks proses pemilihan umum. Sistem representasi proporsional tertutup mewajibkan pemilih untuk memilih partai politik, sementara sistem terbuka memungkinkan pemilih memilih kandidat individual berdasarkan preferensi mereka. Artikel ini menyelidiki implikasi dari sistem-sistem tersebut terhadap pembentukan partai politik, konsentrasi kekuasaan dalam kepemimpinan partai, dan representasi keseluruhan dari beragam kepentingan dalam lembaga legislatif. Selain itu, artikel ini mendalami tantangan dan kontroversi seputar adopsi dan implementasi sistem representasi proporsional tertutup dan terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai kelebihan, kelemahan, dan potensi perbaikan untuk setiap sistem, serta memberikan kontribusi pada wacana yang sedang berlangsung mengenai reformasi pemilihan umum dan tata kelola demokrasi. Kata Kunci: Partai politik, Proporsional terbuka, Proporsional Tertutup, Kepentingan   Abstract This research paper examines the closed and open proportional representation systems, along with their associated issues. The study analyzes the features, advantages, and drawbacks of both systems within the context of electoral processes. The closed proportional representation system mandates voters to select a political party, while the open system allows voters to choose individual candidates based on their preferences. The paper investigates the implications of these systems on the formation of political parties, the concentration of power within party leadership, and the overall representation of diverse interests in the legislative bodies. Furthermore, it delves into the challenges and controversies surrounding the adoption and implementation of closed and open proportional representation systems. The research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and potential improvements for each system, contributing to the ongoing discourse on electoral reforms and democratic governance. Abstract

This journal contains the effectiveness of inheritance dispute resolution based on the view of civil law, if talking about inheritance law, there will be 3 types of inheritance law that are often used in Indonesia, but in this journal the discussion will focus on dispute resolution through civil court. This journal takes Medan District Court Decision Number 43/pdt. G/2020/PN Mdn about a mother who sued her child for improper distribution of inheritance, in this journal also discussed the specific effectiveness of the settlement and the rights of adopted children in cases of inheritance disputes, in this journal also contains laws and articles in the Civil Code that can help readers understand the regulations regarding civil inheritance law.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel karya ilmiah ini berisi tentang bagaimana ideologi negara kita yaitu Pancasila dapat menjadi pedoman kita, terutama dalam Pancasila pertama yaitu Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa yang telah ditetapkan sebagai pedoman kita untuk hidup dalam kedamaian beragama. Dalam artikel ini, penulis akan membahas bagaimana Gereja ikut serta mengembangkan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam Pancasila itu sendiri, Gereja juga membimbing umatnya di masyarakat untuk turut serta memajukan kehidupan cinta kasih untuk kehidupan yang lebih layak. Penulis juga mengkaji apa yang menghambat implementasi Pancasila dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pancasila tidak bertentangan dengan kehidupan menggereja, pancasila dan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan oleh gereja dan pemuka agama kristiani adalah sejalan dan saling melengkapi. Pengimplementasian Pancasila dalam gereja menjadi sangat jelas dengan gereja mempromosikan hidup berdampingan dengan orang lain. Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Gereja, Masyarakat Abstract This scientific work article contains about how the ideology of our country namely Pancasila can be our guide, especially in the first Pancasila namely Belief in One God which has been set as our guide to living in a religious peace. In this article, the author also discusses how the Church participates in developing the noble values contained in Pancasila itself, the Church also guides its people in the community to participate in advancing the life of love for a more decent life. The author also examines what hinders the implementation of Pancasila in people's lives. The conclusion of this study is that Pancasila does not conflict with the life of the church, Pancasila and the values taught by the church and Christian religious leaders are in line and complement each other. The implementation of Pancasila in the church becomes very clear with the church promoting coexistence with others. Keywords: Pancasila, Church, Community
