Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of independent variables (X) which are transformational leadership, organization culture, and communication on the dependent variable (Y) work discipline State Civil Apparaturs Dinas XYZ Bekasi City. The method used in this study is causality. This study uses purposive samples. Respondents involved in this study were 77 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. And the method for data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression processed. Based on the hypothesis test the results of this study flexibility of transformational leadership, and communication affect the work discipline State Civil Apparaturs. While the organization culture does not affect work discipline.

Abstract

XYZ Company is a company engaged in transportation and forwarder services. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect and nature of the relationship between employee performance and three influences, namely internal communication, organizational support, and work environment at XYZ Company . The population and sample in this study were 71 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method in this study is multyple linear regression processed. The results of this study are internal communication, organizational support and work environment affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction and employee performance have an important role in the company. The object in this study is PT. X. This form of research uses descriptive research and uses purposive sampling techniques totaling 75 employees. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale, and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has no effect on employee performance, but change management affects job satisfaction and employee performance, organizational commitment affects job satisfaction and employee performance, and leadership style affects job satisfaction and employee performance, it can be concluded that change management, organizational commitment, and leadership style have a significant contribution in influencing job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. X.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of recruitment and selection, training and socialization, and employee security on employees’ affective commitment, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among employees of PT XYZ. Headquarters. The population of this study consisted of 264 PT XYZ employees, with a sample of 116 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each research variable. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the study indicate that recruitment and selection, training and socialization, as well as employee security have a effect on job satisfaction. Recruitment and selection and employee security also have a effect on affective commitment, while training and socialization do not have a direct effect on affective commitment. Job satisfaction has a effect on affective commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between recruitment and selection and affective commitment, but it mediates the effects of training and socialization and employee security on affective commitment.
