Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of education, training, and career development on the performance of the Production Division employees at PT.X. The population used in this study were employees of the Production Division at PT. X as many as 113 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling where the sampling technique with certain considerations is used as a sample, namely 67 permanent employees of the production division. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were then analyzed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis in this study, it shows that education partially affects employee performance, training partially affects employee performance, and career development partially affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of communication, motivation and work environment on the employee performance. The form of research used in this research is causality research. The sample used in this research were 62 permanent employees of the production division at PT. X. The sampling method used is a purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The result of this research is that there is an influence between communication, motivation and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, and Work Engagement on Job Crafting of PT. Bumen Redja Abadi Tebet Branch. The sample selected for research amounted to 66 employees using a non-probability sampling technique with the sampling method used was the purposive method. Where the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. Research data is processed with WarpPLS 7.0 as a test tool. The results obtained from the study indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate, have a significant influence on Work Engagement and Work Engagement significantly on the Job Crafting of employees.. Transformational leadership style has no significant effect on Job Crafting and there is no mediation while Organizational Climate has a significant effect on Job Crafting but there is no mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of motivation, communication, and work discipline on the performance of PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were employees of PT. XYZ has 169 employees. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample where the sampling technique with certain considerations that is sampled is 108 employees of PT. XYZ. Data retrieval techniques through the dissemination of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data is then analyzed using statistical data processing. Based on the results of hypothesis test data analysis in this study, it shows that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at Kerjasama PT. XYZ.The sample in this study were 75 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and using a Likert scale. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, the data was analyzed by testing the research instrument, and testing the classical assumptions. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing data in this study, it shows that work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction shows the results negative on t-test calculations but has no significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, company must pay serious attention to improving the work discipline and work motivation of their employees
