Abstract

Sa'i is one of worship that are part of the implementation of the Hajj rituals in a way to travel and jog in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah. Implementation sa'i have a bottom in some traditions that became the foundation for determining the proposition or law sa'i. According to the authors sa'i is an obligation for every Muslim to perform the Hajj. Number sa'i Hadith has been described by the prophet, so jogged between safa and dignity seven times is a series that can not be separated in the pilgrimage. Similarly, the legal basis of the procedures of sa'i. Strong enough to see how Rasullah give an example to his friend in implementing sa'i

Abstract

Corruption is a misappropriation or embezzlement (state money / enterprise, etc.) for personal or other interests. While nepotism is a tendency to prioritize (benefit) relatives themselves, especially in terms of position, rank in the government environment, or the act of choosing relatives or relatives to hold the government. Factors that encourage the KKN, among others; 1) good opportunity, 2) Due to the general condition of economy and low government salary, 3) weakness of government administration, 4) The absence of assertiveness by those assigned to carry out law against perpetrators of KKN resulted in KKN become common phenomenon and the usual thing. The Role of Supremacy of Islamic Perspective Law anticipates KKN, among others; 1) Establish an independent alliance as an anti-corruption movement involving elements of society, students, NGOs and the press. 2) Students as academic people, who are the drivers of reform to not hesitate to go to the prosecutor's office to report the corruption case he found. 3) This movement must have a strong network to dismantle the case of KKN with a press that has an important role in this regard.

Abstract

Shari'ah is the whole doctrine revealed by Allah Almighty through His Messenger to be a guide in action, in it includes aqidah, rules (law) and morals. Although the definition of shari'a in its development has narrowed the meaning, so it is more identical with the law and fiqh, but basically the three things remain different. Shari'ah which Allah revealed that is burdening human beings demands understanding of reason and ability to execute it. The declared shari'ah does not intend to burden a human being, but has the urgency to release man from hardship (masyaqqah) and to guide him not to indulge his desires. The charged shari'ah contains a purpose to create the benefit of the world and the Hereafter. The benefit can be achieved by maintaining the dharury mashlah that is to maintain religion, soul, mind, wealth and descent. With the maintenance of these six things, then maslahah will be done.

Abstract

The law effectiveness is an activity showing strategy to overcome problems generally, such as the comparison of the reality of law and idealism. There are four factors influencing the effectiveness of law and its functions, including: 1) the rules of the law, 2) the law enforcer, 3) facilities, 4) The Publics. The functioning law in the publics means that the law has rules as social control and tools of social changes. To maximize those functions, the publics’ compliance on the law will support the law existence to be applied its function in the publics.

Abstract

This article outlines the development of Islamic law in Indonesia with a historical juridical approach. From the results of the discussion it can be understood that in the course of history the development of Islamic law in Indonesia is closely related to the government's attitude towards the nature of Islamic law. Misunderstandings about the nature of Islamic law may cause them to be antipathic and even hostile to Islamic law. To solve this problem, the scholars, Muslim scholars, Muslim politicians need to cooperate well to convince the Indonesian government and the non-Islamic community that Islamic law is universal and flexible. The codification and unification of Islamic law into the national legal system should not be enough to just stop the issuance of laws on marriage and religious justice, zakat, endowments only, but there still needs to be other aspects of Islamic law that need to be codified and verified, for example on Islamic economics. siyasah, jinayah and various other aspects of Islamic law.

Abstract

Humanity and the environment have a positive relationship. If humans treat the environment on the basis of trust, of course it will have an impact on environmental sustainability and a sustainable environment that will always benefit human life. Overcoming challenges that do not support the environment, will divert challenges to the entire community, including the order of life for mankind. Pollution in the Qur'an is not found concretely, but it is very clear, what is meant by the word fasada for all forms of derivation which implies destructive and destructive, both biological, physical and socio-cultural environments. Environmental damage can be caused by factors that affect the material that forms are substances that enter the environment and changes in their existence and factors that affect immaterial are other human behavior related to other people and their environment, both individuals and individuals who are interrelated.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1.) find out the style of language in the post on the Burger King Instagram page. 2.) find out what style of language is the most dominant used by Burger King. The study method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. The present study used Instagram social media of Burger King which is American in an Indonesian branch. The study found 20 captions on posts on Instagram Burger King. The study aims to analyze the data by looking for images that possessed captions, then classifying the data based on language styles such as frozen style, formal style, casual style, consultative style, and also intimate style. The results of this study varied widely. There were 13 kinds of casual style and 13 kinds of consultative style, then followed by 5 kinds of formal style and 6 kinds of intimate style. While the frozen style was not found on the American and Indonesian Burger King Instagram because the language style used was very standard. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was found that the most dominant language style used was casual style and consultative style for their advertising. Casual style is a style of language that uses a mixture of language and language elements used were very relaxed in nature, while consultative style is a style of business language because it talks or relates about business. This style of language is the most dominant to increase consumer interest in buying the product.

Abstract

This article outlines Islamic Perspective Polygamy and Marriage Legislation in Indonesia. From the results of the discussion obtained an understanding that, the origin of polygamy law in marriage according to Islam and marriage legislation in Indonesia is monogamy, because with monogamy will neutralize the nature and character of jealousy, jealousy that exists in every wife. These properties will appear with high levels if polygamy practices occur, so that it can disturb the calm and endanger the integrity of the family. The ability of polygamy can only be done in an emergency and with strict conditions.
