Abstract

Islamic Education in the Ottoman Empire, the sciences of Naqliyah did not make much progress because the door of ijtihad was closed, the education was aimed at supporting certain schools of thought. The educational activities of this period were influenced by Sufi teachings. The education system is memorized so that reasoning is less developed. At the end of the reign of education renewed by following the western method. While Islamic education in the Safavid period in Persia developed a lot of reasoning that gave birth to the Philsofot, but the goal of education was directed to develop a twelve Shiite flow. While Islamic education in the Mughal empire in India is intended to support the interests of the authorities and clean up the teachings that are not from Islam, education activities are not only nnaqliyah science but also history and literature. Islamic education in this period is also influenced by Sufi teachings.

Abstract

Talent is a special ability that stands out from various types of people, special abilities are usually in the form of skills or something in a field of science, such as special abilities in the fields of art, sound music, sports, mathematics, language and social religion and so on. Factors in talent development are internal factors and external factors which include; Personality factors and genetic factors, personality factors are psychological states in which the child's potential development depends on the child's self and emotions. This will help children to form concepts and be optimistic and confident in developing their interests and talents. While genetic factors are factors that support the development of individuals in talent as a totality of characteristics inherited from parents to children in all potential through psychic, which is owned by individuals from birth. The heredity factor is the first factor in the emergence of talent.

Abstract

Motive is something that resides in the individual who encourages to do something to achieve a goal or impulse that makes someone do an activity that has a specific purpose. While learning achievement is the result achieved by someone after making learning changes, both at school and outside of school. Generating motivation in several ways, namely; understanding benefits, setting goals, creating a comfortable atmosphere, getting advice or suggestions from others in learning, getting positive suggestions from others, accepting motivation from the right motivator, avoiding things that can weaken motivation, strengthening self-suggestion, completing various facilities needed to support learning activities, and instilling awareness that learning is an activity that can be classified as worship. Motivation and learning are two things that influence each other. Learning is a change in behavior that is relatively permanent and potentially occurs as a result of reinforcement based on the goal of achieving certain goals. While motivation is one of the important factors that influence learning and learning achievement. So that the higher the motivation you have, the more active your motivation will be and the learning frequency will increase.

Abstract

This article outlines the problems of Al-Nafs Philosophy, Prophetic Philosophy, Al-Madinah Philosophy, Al-Fadilah Philosophy in Al-Farabi's View (A Study of the Basics of His Philosophy). From the results of the study obtained an understanding that the thoughts of al-Farabi adopted a lot of Greek thinkers, especially Aristotle, Plato, and Neo-Platonism. However, with a strong foundation of Islamic religion, al-Farabi can produce a new thought and theories to add to the scientific treasures in the Islamic world, so that with his fame, the theories he developed were also absorbed by many Western scientists. Al-Farabi is the oldest source of Sufism and philosophical thought among Islamic philosophers. Al-Farabi's thoughts about al-Nasf how the soul can live happily both in the world and the hereafter and likewise about al-Farabi's prophecy try to explain that the Prophet and the philosophers are different and therefore explain in detail as discussed above, and also with the main country that al-Farabi described as this body will work in accordance with the functions and duties of each to achieve happiness in life.

Abstract

This article discusses the problem of Evaluating and Tracking Performance of Educators and Education Personnel with a literature approach. From the results of the assessment obtained that understanding; 1) An Educator and Education must be able to know what has been their responsibility, not to underestimate the rights and obligations agreed upon. 2) To get or produce qualified Educators and Education staff there are several strategies that might be implemented, namely: Self Assessment, Formulation of Vision, Mission, and Objectives, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, and Reporting. And an educator and educator must be able to maximize their duties and obligations correctly and full of responsibility.

Abstract

One aspect that exists in Islamic teachings apart from aqidah and worship, is the muamalah aspect. For this reason, this paper will explore how the application of the concept of muamalah in Islamic business is exemplified from the Qur'an and hadith and several Islamic scholars' ijtihad related to today's modern business developments. Interaction between fellow human beings as the basic meaning of muamalah is a sunnatullah that cannot be avoided, especially in business matters. In this regard, to bridge business interactions between one person and another so that no party is harmed, the concept of muamalah which emphasizes the application of Islamic principles or values to anyone who carries out business activities is very necessary to be present in it.
