Abstract

This research was conducted at CV Anugerah Utama Gorontalo City. The aim of the research was to know the factors that causes of bad credit on consumer payments, also to find out the effort of resolving bad credit. Lending redit certainly cannot be separated from risks, one of them is bad credit which will affect consumer payments. Therefore, CV Anugerah Utama should apply credit analysis. The factors that causes of bad credit are Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition. The method used in this research was qualitative by structured interviews. The results of this research shows that CV Anugerah Utama has implemented credit analysis compatible to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and applicable requirements. The main factors that causes of bad credit on consumer payments is Character. And the efforts of resolving bad credit are Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Guarantee Execution.Keywords: Consumer, Bad Credit

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in development planning process in the Botu village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and determination of documentation using three stages of research, namely planning (compiling), implementing and writing reports. While the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques consisting of source and technique. The results showed that community participation in the development process, namely providing ideas, in the form of labor, and participating in providing land to assist the government in the implementation of development. And there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of development, namely the willingness factor and the leadership factor. Keywords: Community Participation, Development Planning

Abstract

In general, tax is one of the sources of state revenue whose purpose is to finance development. Advertisement Tax is a type of tax determined by the region as a component of regional tax revenue. This researchh aims to determine how the advertisement tax contribution in supporting local tax revenue. This is a qualitative approach using time series data and interviews. The results showed that the contribution of the billboard tax in Gorontalo Regency every year in the last 5 years (2015-2019) continued to decline as seen from the achievement of realization. However, it is still able to contribute in supporting the Regional Taxes of Gorontalo Regency each year on average of 3.42 percent of Regional Tax revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang program  Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) bagi pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Hulawa Kecamatan Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Basdan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Desa Hulawa Kecamatan Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal. Disimpulkan bahwa program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Desa Hulawa bahwa keberadaaan BUMDes belum berjalan lancar dan belum memadai adanya. Hal ini dilihat dari adanya bebebrapa masyarakat yang tidak sepaham dalam program BUMDes. Belum adanya kebersamaan anggota BUMDes serta masih ada masyarakat miskin di desa Hulawa yang belum menjadi mendapat bantuan BUMDes. Masyarakat yang belum mampu mangalami perubahan yang berarti atau tidak ada perubahan kualitas hidup masyarakat khususnya anggota kelompok BUMDes kearah yang lebih baik. Masih adanya mayarakt yang belum mampu membayar pinjaman mereka, keberadaan BUMDes belum sesuai harapan masyarakat dalam artian perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi, disarankan kepada kepada pemerintah Desa Hulawa melalui Direktur BUMDes Heluma agar dapat melakukan penyegaran dan monitoring serta evaluasi khusus bagi penerima manfaat atau nasabah BUMDes, agar tercipta keberlanjutan program BUMDes Heluma Kata Kunci: Program, BUMDes, Pengembangan Ekonomi
