Abstract

The capital market in Indonesia is currently experiencing very rapid development from year to year, as evidenced by the increasing number of public companies every year. Banking is one of the sub-sectors included in the LQ45 index with its average share having the highest market capitalization among other sub-sectors. The development of the capital market in Indonesia, including the banking sub-sector is inseparable from the supporting factors are internal factors as seen from the company's financial ratios. This study aims to determine the influence of price earning ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and dividend payout ratio on stock returns in banks listed on the LQ45 index for the period 2015-2020. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation method. The data used is secondary data, the determination of the sample in this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. The data in this study was processed using SPSS Application. The analysis tools used are, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study show that the price earning ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, firm size, and dividend payout ratio affect stock returns simultaneously. Partially, the price earning ratio, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio affect stock returns, meanwhile firm size and dividend payout ratio have no effect on stock returns

Abstract

Pemenuhan kesejahteraan terutama pemberian kompensasi karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi juga seharusnya menjadi perhatian bagi pemimpin perusahaan karena hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, budaya organisasi, dan kompensasi secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT X. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh populasi atau yang biasa disebut dengan sampel total. Untuk penelitian ini, data penelitian yang peneliti gunakan ialah berupa data primer, dalam hal ini didapatkan dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner peneltiian pada karyawan PT X. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linier berganda, instrument diuji dengan uji reliabilitas, dan validitas. Data diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik, dan selanjutnya diuji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa budaya organisasi memberi sumbangsih pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan PT. X, sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasi tidak memberi sumbangsih pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan secara parsial PT X. Abstract

In the era of globalization, technology and the internet are developing very rapidly. So the internet plays an important role as a means of entertainment, information sources, social media, and business. As the use of social media and digital interactions increases, a new form of online commerce known as social commerce has emerged. This research aim to determine and analyze the effect of live streaming and price discounts on impulse buying in TikTok Shop users through positive emotions as an intervening variable. This research uses primary data obtained through distributing the questionnaires to 150 respondents. The respondents are TikTok Shop users who are over 17 years old and reside in the Greater Jakarta area. This research uses PLS-SEM analysis, which consist of a measurement model (outer model), a structural model (inner model), and a model goodness-of-fit test (model fit). The results of this research show that live streaming and price discounts positive influence impulse buying in TikTok Shop users both directly and indirectly through positive emotions and the variable that has the most dominant influence on impulse buying through positive emotions is price discount.
