Abstract

AbstractVarious problems related to corrupt practices. Corruption is not new and has nothing to do with halal and haram law, it has been around for a long time and made successful adjustments to every change of rules in this country. The type of research used is normative legal research (library research). The purpose of this research is to find out the principles, norms of laws and regulations, court decisions and doctrines in assessing corruption. Corruption is categorized as a systemic crime that must be eradicated systematically, the problem of corruption includes legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture Keyword : the field of law, Corruption, legal structure, legal substance, legal culture AbstrakBerbagai masalah yang berkaitan dengan praktik korupsi. Korupsi bukanlah hal baru dan tidak ada hubungannya dengan hukum halal dan haram, sudah ada sejak lama dan membuat penyesuaian berhasil setiap perubahan aturan di negara ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif (library research). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui asas-asas, norma dari peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan serta doktrin dalam menilai korupsi. Korupsi dikategorikan sebagai kejahatan sistemik yang harus diberantas secara sistematis, masalah korupsi termasuk substansi hukum, struktur hukum, dan budaya hukum Kata Kunci: bidang hukum, Korupsi, struktur hukum, substansi hukum, budaya hukum.
