Abstract

Fashion is a style that is used daily by someone, where they can show their ideals and personalities. Therefore, nowadays, many customers buy back clothes online. This research was carried out to know the relationship between quality, value, innovativeness, brand awareness, trust in satisfaction and repurchase intention, satisfaction with repurchase intention, and brand awareness of repurchase intention through satisfaction. Likewise, the sample from this research is the Millennial/Y/Z generation in Batam City, which has obtained 252 data. Then, processing this sample data will use the SmartPLS version 26 software. The test data results in this study show that brand awareness, trust, and satisfaction with repurchase intentions have a significant positive effect, while quality, value, and innovativeness do not. Meanwhile, it shows that brand awareness, innovation, trust, and satisfaction value have a significant positive effect, while quality does not. Furthermore, the variable of brand awareness on repurchase intention through satisfaction is insignificant.

Abstract

KH Laundry is a shop engaged in laundry services in Batam City. Many people still need to know or recognize the existence of KH Laundry. Besides that, KH Laundry also still applies traditional management systems or less developed techniques, such as not having an Instagram account. While today's technology is developing rapidly, every business must understand making correct and effective marketing strategies to make the business grow and expand. Therefore, the method that will be applied to KH Laundry is to use the type of promotion mix, which can also be referred to as the promotion mix. Data collection uses observation by visiting the business and conducting interviews via Whatsapp. The conclusion from the research is the importance of improving marketing strategies through an easy-to-use technology platform to increase company sales so that they can compete with other businesses.

Abstract

Kota Batam, salah satu kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia terletak di rute Pelayaran Internasional antara Singapura dan Malaysia. Lokasi Kota Batam berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Batam yang lebih tinggi dari tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sehingga Kota Batam dijadikan andalan untuk memicu pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional karena lokasinya yang strategis yang paling dekat antara Singapura dan Malaysia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis struktur keuangan daerah atau APBD Kota Batam dalam hal data statistik pendapatan, pengeluaran dan pembiayaan daerah. Sebagai salah satu daerah yang memiliki pertumbuhan ekonomi tinggi, Kota Batam tentunya menyediakan infrastruktur dengan cepat sehingga perlu diselenggarakan. Analisis keuangan daerah pengadaan infrastruktur seperti APBD, PAD dan retribusi daerah sehingga sumber dana kelolaan dapat berjalan optimal, efektif dan secara efisien dalam membiayai pembangunan kota. Metode dalam pengumpulan data yang dilakukan, yaitu dengan menganalisis dan menggunakan data sekunder dari 2 tahun terakhir dengan periode tahun 2018-2020 yang bersumber dari situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Batam yang ditinjau dari batamkota.bps.go.id. Sektor yang menjadi acuan dalam menggerakkan perekonomian antara lain komunikasi, listrik, air dan gas, perbankan, industri, perdagerman, perdagangan dan jasa, serta komoditas ekspor negara lain. Sebagai salah satu daerah yang memiliki pertumbuhan ekonomi tinggi. Tahun 2019 laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diukur oleh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (GRDP) meningkat signifikan dimana kenaikan mencapai 5,92% dari 4,96% yang merupakan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Batam pada 2018.
