Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of vaccination guidelines against COVID 19. The theoretical approach used is to implement the policies of George C. Edward III. In this study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data through interviews and observations. Technical analysis of this research data includes data collection, data compression, data presentation, and drawing conclusions according to the Miles Huberman model. The results showed that the implementation of the COVID19 vaccination policy in Labuhanbatu actually showed a total of 444 problems in the implementation of the COVID19 vaccination in Labuhanbatu. Far from having targeted vaccinations, people who are potentially vaccinated are hesitant to report the cause of their absence to medical facility staff, vaccines according to the established schedule There is a shortage of active target groups for inoculants. Another important cause is the potential for vaccines obtained by medical institutions as providers, because some data include prospective survivors who have been vaccinated and some have been vaccinated elsewhere. Therefore, socialization by the local government regarding the implementation of the COVID19 vaccination policy in Labuhanbatu is important and provides education. Therefore, the researcher recommends improving and synchronizing data on prospective vaccine recipients so that vaccine recipients are monitored accurately and in an integrated manner. because some of the data includes prospective survivors who have been vaccinated and some have been vaccinated elsewhere. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence employee performance in the company. Human resources are the most important asset owned by the company, because it is human labor and human contribution that runs the company. In this study, researchers wanted to see the effect of transformational leadership variables, job satisfaction and employees' organizational trust on work performance. Performance is everything that is done by employees in their work in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization. We suspect that when employees are concerned about the welfare of their organization, they are more likely to exert greater effort to work towards their organizational goals. From this, it is reasonable to suggest that if an employee acts based on the motivations of the leader and other factors, this may also facilitate his or her own individual level of performance. Since work performance has a vital role in the success of a company, many studies have been conducted on the factors that influence employee performance, including the researchers in this study who wanted to examine factors that are thought to have a significant influence on employee performance. In this study, we design a research model that explains how transformational leadership, job satisfaction and employee trust affect company performance. We provide theoretical and literature support for our argument that use of these variables is positively related to performance. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the independent variables on employee performance, which means that these independent variables can be used as predictors for achieving high levels of employee performance.

Abstract

Exploration is carried out by companies, especially mining companies where this stage is the initial stage to find out the mineral resources contained in a certain area. The need for exploration is carried out to find out how the geological conditions, minerals and how many estimates of the amount of mineral resources to be able to go to the next stage, namely the mining stage. The importance of this exploration stage requires a very large investment in order to achieve accurate results. However, because the investment required at this stage is very large, this stage of exploration is quite risky for investors. The solution needed for the exploration stage is the availability of experts who are experienced in their fields, such as geology and project technical management. According to KBBI, exploration is field exploration with the aim of gaining more knowledge, especially about natural resources found in certain areas. Conceptually within the scope of the mining industry, exploration is defined as an effort carried out in stages and systematically to obtain a destination area that can be further developed as a mining area.
