Abstract

M. Quraish Shihab menyatakan bahwa tidak semua persoalan ekonomi dirinci oleh al-Qur’an, karena persoalan ini berkembang dari masa kemasa. Atas dasar itu, al-Qur’an hanya memberi tuntunan umum, berupa prinsip-prinsip dasar yang dapat dijabarkan umat sepanjang masa sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kondisi sosial, dan perkembanangan masyarakat. Dari sinilah lahir prinsip-prinsip yang bukan saja dalam bidang ekonomi, tetapi juga menyangkut segala aspek kehidupan dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konsep pemikiran keuangan publik dalam kitab al-Amwal karya Ahmad Ibn Nasr al-Daudi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apakah pokok-pokok pemikiran keuangan publik yang terdapat di dalam kitab al-Amwal; (2) Bagaimana keuangan publik yang dirumuskan oleh Ahmad Ibn Nasr alDaudi;(3) Bagaimana prospek dari konsep keuangan publik Ahmad Ibn Nasr al-Daudi dalam ekonomi modern. Penelitian ini berbentuk sejarah tokoh, yaitu penelitian sejarah terhadap salah satu kehidupan tokoh yang meliputi ide, pemikiran, serta hal-hal yang berpengaruh dalam pembentukan pemikirannya. Berdasarkan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemikiran al-Daudi tentang keuangan publik sebagai berikut: (1) pokok-pokok keuangan publik di dalam kitab al-Amwalada dua: kekayaan negara dan pajak. (2) al-Daudi juga merumuskan keuangan publik yaitu, pendapatan khusus, berupa lahan tanah dan umum berupa zakat, dan nonzakat yang bersifat periodik dan nonperiodik seperti jizyah, kharaj, fai, usyur,dll, serta pengeluaran belanja negara. (3) tentang prospek ke dalam ekonomi modern. Pertama, tentang pengolahan lahan yang kosong. Negara sebagai pihak yang mengontrol aktivitas ekonomi warga negaranya boleh memaksa para pemilik lahan pertanian untuk mengelola lahannya secara optimal. Kedua, pengumpulan zakat dan distribusinya harus merata, karena Zakat adalah poros dan pendapatan terbesar Negara. Zakat meliputi bidang moral, sosial, dan ekonomi, dan ketiga mengenaiJumlah atau tarif gaji dapat berubah-ubah menurut kualitas dan bakat pegawai.

Abstract

Setiap bisnis tentunya mempunyai tujuan tertentu, misalnya meraih laba, mempertahankan eksistensi, mencapai pertumbuhan tertentu, merebut pangsa pasar, memberi pelayanan sosial dan lain-lain. Promosi merupakan salahsatu bagian dari rangkaian kegiatan pemasaran suatu barang. Tujuan promosi adalah untuk mempengaruhi suatu konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Dalam tulisan ini kita hanya membatasi pada surat al-Baqarah ayat 2. Jelas bahwa ayat ke 2 pertama pada surat al-Baqarah bisa jadi selama ini dipahami tidak memiliki keterkaitan dengan bisnis, ternyata kandungannya memiliki kedekatan makna dengan apa yang berlaku di dalam dunia bisnis

Abstract

This study aims to answer the influence of work environment and work insecurity on turnover intention with work life balance as a moderation variable in PT. Rantauprapat Railway. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT KAI Rantauprapat numbering 75 people. This research uses quantitative method and perform data processing with IBM SPSS Statistic 20 tools. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, statistical test, multiple linear regression test and moderation test using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of the t (partial) test showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions with a coefficient value of 0.644 with a probability value of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 6.535. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a coefficient value of 0.259 with a probability value of 0.045 and a calculated t value of 2.043. While the results of the f test (simultaneous) showed a value of 27,286 which means that the work environment and work insecurity together have a significant effect on turnover intention. Multiple linear test results showed a yield of Y = 3.961 + 0.644 X1 + 0.259X2. Work life balance cannot moderate the influence of the work environment and work insecurity on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee engagement by mediating job satisfaction. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research was conducted on the employees of the culinary business in Rantauprapat. 210 questionnaires were distributed and 159 returned. Therefore, the sample in this study was as many as 159 people. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on job satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on employee engagement, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The results also showed that job satisfaction had an indirect effect on employee engagement. Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, employee engagement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture. The research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. The sample in this study were employees in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. 350 questionnaires were distributed, 188 were returned. Thus the participants in this study amounted to 188 people. The data is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that transformational leadership can improve the corporate culture of the food and beverage industry in Medan City. Suggestions in this study are for the owner as the owner to improve leadership and good organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Price, Product Quality, and Brand Image Towards Buyer Decisions In Stores Image Charm and know the connection and contribution of every factor influencing purchase decisions on Shop Image Charm. The method in This research is quantitative. In this research, the population is customers of Shop Image Charm, with as many as 100 respondents. Method analysis data conducted is linear regression simple, and Test Hypothesis (Partial test, Simultaneous test, and Coefficient of Determination). The results of the t-test show that the independent variables Price and Product Quality affect the Purchase Decision partially (own) seen from the comparison score Sig which is smaller than 0.05 and score t-count bigger from t-table. In contrast, the Brand image variable has no partial effect (by itself). To the Purchase Decision at the Citra Pesona Store. Based on the test results Simultaneously, it is known that the value of Sig (0.000) is less than (0.05), and if the value of f count (41.899) is greater than the value of f table (2.70) then it can be seen that the Price, Product Quality, and Brand Image Together (simultaneously) have an effect positive and significant to Buying Decision on Image Shop Charm

Abstract

Business success is inseparable from the role of its human resources. Because it is very necessary for employees who have a high commitment to work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study will also discuss whether job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were employees in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry in Labuhanbatu Regency. We distributed 272 questionnaires and 217 questionnaires were collected. So that the sample in this study was 217 respondents. The collected data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that organizational justice can increase employee job satisfaction and also increase employee commitment at work. Job satisfaction can also mediate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment significantly. It is recommended to increase organizational commitment by increasing employee job satisfaction and also organizational justice.Key Words: Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Organizational CommitmentABSTRAKKemajuan sebuah bisnis tidak terlepas dari peran sumber daya manusianya. Oleh karena sangat diperlukan karyawan yang memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas apakah kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada industri Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.  Peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner sebanyak 272 kuisioner dan berhasil dikumpul sebanyak 217 kuisioner. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 217 responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan juga meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dalam bekerja. Kepuasan kerja juga dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan oranisasional terhadap komitmen organisasi secara signifikan. Disarankan agar meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dengan cara meningkaktan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan juga keadilan organisasional. Kata Kunci  : Keadilan Oragnisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

Exploration is carried out by companies, especially mining companies where this stage is the initial stage to find out the mineral resources contained in a certain area. The need for exploration is carried out to find out how the geological conditions, minerals and how many estimates of the amount of mineral resources to be able to go to the next stage, namely the mining stage. The importance of this exploration stage requires a very large investment in order to achieve accurate results. However, because the investment required at this stage is very large, this stage of exploration is quite risky for investors. The solution needed for the exploration stage is the availability of experts who are experienced in their fields, such as geology and project technical management. According to KBBI, exploration is field exploration with the aim of gaining more knowledge, especially about natural resources found in certain areas. Conceptually within the scope of the mining industry, exploration is defined as an effort carried out in stages and systematically to obtain a destination area that can be further developed as a mining area.
