Abstract

Salary is a component of compensation that should be given to an employee or staff by a company as a form of remuneration for what the employee gives to the company as an attempt to increase productivity in working as well as work discipline. This study was conducted towards a village government of West Kebundadap which is a community service place by using purposive sampling technique encompassing 11 informants as information sources. The data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model consists of Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion. The researcher found a problem of incongruity of set salary payment time. The finding shows that salary does not always play a role to increase productivity and work discipline, because different workplaces generate different work purposes. Although the salary payment for village government staffs of West Kebundadap is often not on time, they still can manage to be productive and discipline in working due to the reason of community trust but most of them do not prioritize their profession as village apparatus in order to make ends meet when the salary is not paid yet.

Abstract

Profit organizations or business units should and should have a certain schedule or time for how to control or evaluate how to develop or run their business while guarding against certain failures that can hinder the smooth running of the business process. UD Barokah is a business that has been established and developed for a long time, so it is necessary to develop a UD business strategy. Barokah in increasing the business unit's revenue, this study uses the SWOT Matrix, the analytical tools used in formulating corporate strategy are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix as for internal factors that can influence UD's business development. Barokah is quality, labor availability, workforce in the area where UD Management is carried out by UD management. Barokah is already a process that has been at a level that can be said to be very professional even though most are relatives, the production results are in accordance with the general market UD. Barokah in the village of West Pandan carries out the production and sales process, external factors that can affect UD business development. Barokah is a raw material that is easy to obtain and easy to establish kinship with various parties such as suppliers or distributors and good response from suppliers and distributors, while some threats such as raw material prices which are sometimes uncertain can be a challenge in itself, from various alternatives that can be a strategy future business development of UD. Barokah is to maintain the quality that has been in demand by the market so far

Abstract

Desa Ellak Daya merupakan salah satu daerah pedesaan yang kaya akan potensi buah kelapa sebagai sumber ekonomi utama. Namun, perempuan di desa ini sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan buah kelapa sebagai peluang usaha yang menguntungkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pelatihan dan pemberdayaan perempuan di desa menjadi solusi yang diupayakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mereka melalui pemanfaatan buah kelapa. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan akan berfokus pada pendekatan partisipatif dan praktek lapangan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada peserta. Pendampingan dan monitoring akan menjadi bagian penting dalam memastikan perempuan dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dalam usaha kelapa mereka. Dengan penerapan pelatihan dan pemberdayaan perempuan ini, diharapkan perempuan di Desa Ellak Daya dapat meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas produk kelapa, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta mengoptimalkan potensi ekonomi dari buah kelapa. Peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi perempuan ini diharapkan juga akan berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan masyarakat desa secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Ketidakstabilan harga ikan merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh nelayan dan pengepul ikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain fluktuasi pasokan ikan, permintaan pasar yang tidak stabil, biaya produksi yang tinggi, serta faktor-faktor eksternal seperti cuaca buruk atau perubahan kebijakan pemerintah. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut pada pemilik usaha ataupun kelompok usaha sehingga kelompok usaha pada beberapa kendala pasar yang dihadapi bisa dilakukan alternatif solusi dengan tetap pada manajemen usaha yang lebih efektif dan tetap pada bagaimana membangun efektifitas pada beberapa bidang usaha seperti pada manajemen produksi, manajemen SDM dan manajemen pemasarannya.

Abstract

The making of kris in Sumenep Regency is a cultural heritage that is not only firmly rooted in historical values, but also faces modern challenges in the form of changing consumer preferences. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and skill management on product innovation by keris masters. Using quantitative methods through regression analysis, the study found that skills had a significant positive influence on product innovation, while knowledge management showed a significant negative influence. This shows that the success of product innovation is highly dependent on the application of practical skills and the appropriate management of knowledge. These results are an important basis for the development of local culture-based innovation strategies in the traditional creative industry sector.
