Abstract

SIBOS is an Information System for School Operational Assistance which is directly monitored by the Bintan Regency Education Office. The problem with the use of the SIBOS application has not been audited so that the efficiency and capability level of the existing information system is not known. In this study, the capability model is used as a measuring tool for respondents' answers to the questionnaire based on the DSS 5.0 domain DSS (delivery, service and support) framework as well as providing definitions and understanding of the ongoing information technology system processes. Based on the recapitulation of answers from the respondents, the value of the capability level is obtained. The audit took a sample of 40 respondents, and questionnaires were distributed and processed using COBIT 5.0 with the results, SIBOS already has a high level of effectiveness at a value of 3.83 or level 4 (predictable process). The assessment scale based on this research is largely achieved, namely at 71.43%. Level 4 means that the information system is as expected, in good and relevant conditions, mostly achieved, there are no significant weaknesses related to this attribute that may exist in the assessment process.

Abstract

Visual Novel is one of the literature interactive in the form of a game or a media to convey a story that is made in the form of an application. Visual Novels can also make various choices that affect the outcome of the storyline. The visual form of this application is usually in the form of illustrated images which are usually combined with background music and voice actors. When designing the Visual Novel Biography of Joko Widodo, the author will use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. The application was developed based on an existing prototype through Ren'py, then developed based on needs, user design, construction and Cutover. The result to be achieved is to create an interesting application that can increase someone's interest in reading or in general the low reading intention of the Indonesian people into an interesting form of application media.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of the problem of poverty which is the center of attention and problems in every educational institution, especially SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur. Government programs that are used to reduce poverty reduce the burden on students in meeting the needs of school fees, one of which is the scholarship assistance program for the poor at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur. The purpose of this study is to assist the school in determining the distribution of the scholarship program for the poor to SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur with a decision support system. One of the methods in making decisions is the technique for others preference by similirity to ideal solution or commonly abbreviated as the topsis method. Topsis is a multi-criteria decision-making method that was first introduced by Yoon and Hwang (1981). Topsis uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. This research using the Topsis method was conducted to determine who will receive scholarship assistance for underprivileged students at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur in accordance with the requirements or criteria that have been determined. the results of the study can help SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur to select prospective scholarship recipients based on scholarship criteria with computerized data. The results of the development of this system, can help the distribution of scholarship assistance at SMKN 1 Bintan Timur on target to be given to students who are less fortunate and deserve assistance by looking at the results of the assessment in the form of a report form.

Abstract

Matahari merupakan sumber energi yang potensial bagi kebutuhan manusia, dimana energi tersebut bisa didapat dari panas yang merambat sampai permukaan bumi, atau cahaya yang jatuh sampai permukaan bumi. Energi matahari merupakan sumber energi yang dapat dikonversi menjadi energi listrik menggunakan panel surya. Panel surya atau solar panel merupakan alat yang berfungsi mengubah energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Penggunaan panel surya saat ini umumnya masih statis, sehingga tidak dapat menerima sinar matahari secara optimal. Agar energi matahari dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal, panel surya harus dibuat dinamis untuk mengikuti arah sinar matahari dan dapat dikontrol fungsinya secara realtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat berupa prototipe sistem pelacak sinar matahari pintar (smart solar tracker system) yang bergerak mengikuti pergerakan matahari, sehingga panel surya dapat menyerap cahaya secara optimal dan sistem ini juga dikombinasikan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi internet of things (IoT) untuk lebih memaksimalkan penyerapan cahaya matahari. Dengan teknologi IoT, sistem ini akan dapat dimonitoring menggunakan aplikasi mobile android untuk memastikan bahwa pelacak sinar matahari berfungsi dengan baik meski pengguna tidak berada di lokasi. Tahapan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini dimulai dari studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi kemudian untu pengembangan alat ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, coding dan testing.
