Abstract

On the Bukittinggi-Medan km 8 highway, which is located in Palupuah District, we can find many lack of road facilities so that accidents often occur. human life, with these conditions, efforts are needed to determine the factors and characteristics that cause the occurrence of direct accidents and handling efforts to reduce accidents. The first step is to search for primary data in order to find out the cause of the accident. Secondary data was obtained from the Agam District Police data, namely the data on the number of accidents in 2017-2021. From the results of the analysis of the factors causing the accident, the Human Factor is in the highest category with a percentage of 55.55% and the highest accident rate will occur in 2021, which is as many as 7 accident cases. And the results of the correlation showed that the causes of accidents were human factors very highly correlated (r) 0.942, vehicle factors were strongly correlated (r) 0.843, road factors had a low but definite correlation (r) 0361, environmental factors were strongly correlated (r) -0.906. Suggestions from this study are handling and human awareness as drivers to increase awareness and obey in traffic. Keywords : accident factor, correlation, traffic accident.

Abstract

: The structure of this building uses reinforced concrete construction. The structure analysis goes through stages starting from Preliminary Design, structural loading, earthquake loading using the latest method, namely the response spectrum, analysis of the forces that occur in the structure using SAP2000 Version 20 by selecting the network system structure system (Grid System). The materials used are K-250 quality concrete (f'c = 20.75 MPa), screw reinforcement (fy = 400 MPa), plain reinforcement (fy = 240 MPa). For floor slab reinforcement, reinforcement is used for the x = 10-150 direction, while the y direction           = 10-170. The column design uses steel quality fy = 400 MPa and concrete quality                 fc' = 20.75 MPa for columns 1 and 2 with a size of 35cm x 35cm. For the design of the beam using steel quality fy = 400 MPa and concrete quality fc' = 20.75 MPa with beam size 1 30cm x 50cm and beam 2 25cm x 45cm. Abstract

Masalah yang biasa terjadi di kota besar, daerah wisata atau suatu pusat kegiatan adalah kebutuhan ruang parkir. Kekurangan area parkir akan berdampak kepada terganggunya sistem jaringan transportasi terlebih lagi parkir merupakan bagian dari sistem transportasi itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi  permasalahan perparkiran di Kantor Balaikota Padang Panjang, mengetahui karakteristik parkir di Kantor Balaikota Padang Panjang, dan mengetahui besar kapasitas statis dan kapasitas dinamis ruang parkir Kantor Balaikota Padang Panjang.  Sehingga dapat mengetahui berapa besar kekurangan dari lahan parkir pada Balaikota Padang Panjang. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan pendekatan Rumus Z Ruang parkir yang dibutuhkan yaitu sebesar 642 SRP, maka ruang parkir sepeda motor tidak memenuhi kebutuhan karena ruang Parkir yang tersedia hanya 213 SRP. Begitu juga dengan ruang parkir untuk mobil diperoleh sebesar 168 SRP, maka ruang parkir Mobil tidak memenuhi kebutuhan karena ruang Parkir yang tersedia hanya 33 SRP.Kata kunci: Ruang Parkir, Balaikota
