Abstract

The research aims to : (1) how is the decision making of madrasah head in MA Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 Academic Year (2) How is the performance of teachers in MA Featured Mukhtar Intermediate Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Learning Year 2018/2019 (3) Is the influence of madrasah headmasters' decision making on the performance of the MA Supreme Teacher Mukhtar Intercession Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with the product moment technique. The population of this research is educator in MA Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung educator is numbering 19. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) madrasah headmasters' decision making in MA Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung was classified as very good. (2) the performance of teachers in MA Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung very good. (3) the results of the influence of madrasah headmasters' decision making on the performance of teachers in MA Featured Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung there. the influence of madrasah headmasters' decision making on the performance of MA Supreme Master Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung of 78.7%.

Abstract

Pengaturan sanksi bagi pelaku zina dalam kehidupan masyarakat dapat dilihat dari dua aspek. Dalam hal ini aspek yang mengatur terkait dengan sanksi perbuatan zina yaitu aspek agama, termasuk aspek budaya atau adat istiadat dan aspek hukum. Perbuatan zina tergolong sebagai tindak kejahatan pidana dalam Islam yang para pelakunya harus mendapatkan hukuman. Sanksi   yang diberikan kepada pelaku zina dalam Islam sudah semestinya ditegakkan kepada orang yang telah terbukti melakukan perbuatan zina yaitu sebagaimana perbuatan zina termasuk dosa besar atau pelanggaran berat maka sanksinya pun juga berat guna mencegah kerusakan dan menarik kemaslahatan. Sedangkan sanksi bagi pelaku zina dalam hukum pidana positif ternyata tidak semua pelaku zina dapat dikenai sanksi dan sanksinya pun masih tergolong ringan.Kata Kunci : Perbuatan Zina, Sanksi Pelaku Zina dan Hukum Pidana

Abstract

In the current industrial era, female workers seem to be the driving force of family economic development, as evidenced by the tendency for women to participate in the workforce abroad. Referring to the rights and obligations of husbands and wives, gender discrimination exists, as migrant workers working abroad are often encouraged and ordered by their husbands, despite the fact that in families, the husband, as head of the household, must work hard to meet the family's economic needs. Their income is sent to their husbands for daily needs, including clothing, food, education, health care, and home infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that gender discrimination in employment occurs within the family environment. The research method used by the researcher in this case is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from several cases in journals and research results. Data analysis techniques used qualitative research in the form of data reduction and data display. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that migrant workers working abroad must be of their own free will without coercion from anyone. In addition, families must consider the positive and negative impacts on family life. The positive impacts include increased family income, the fulfillment of daily needs, and the possession of substantial assets, which ultimately improves the family's standard of living. Negative impacts include infidelity, less harmonious family relationships, less than optimal children's education, and financial management that focuses solely on consumption.
