<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the police in the ranks of the Bandar Lampung City Police by exploiting the variables of leadership style and motivation. This study uses an interpretive descriptive qualitative method with a subjective approach. The informants who were determined based on the purposive method were 6 people, all of whom were police personnel within the Bandar Lampung Police Station. The collected data is processed using the Atlas.ti software. The results of the study indicate that the leadership that is carried out or implemented in the Bandar Lampung Police Headquarters is an instructive, participatory, and consolidative style. The motivation of police personnel, both male police officers (polki) and female police officers (polwan) has a level of diversity in carrying out their duties. The performance that has been achieved qualitatively can be stated as good because the research results are supported by several factors, namely the rate of completion of criminal cases and others reaching 66.18% (January-August 2021 data). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja kepolisian pada jajaran kepolisian Resor Kota Bandar Lampung dengan mengekspolitasi variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif interpretif dengan pendekatan subjektif. Informan yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposif sebanyak 6 orang yang kesemuanya merupakan personel kepolisian di lingkungan Polresta Bandar Lampung. Data yang dikoleksi diolah menggunakan bantuan software Atlas.ti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan yang dijalankan atau yang di-implementasikan pada lingkungan Kapolresta Bandar Lampung adalah gaya instruktif, partisipatif, dan konsolidatif. Motivasi personel kepolisian baik personel polisi laki-laki (polki) maupun polisi perempuan (polwan) memiliki tingkat keragaman dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Kinerja yang telah dicapai secara kualitatif dapat dinyatakan baik karena dari hasil penelitian didukung oleh beberapa faktor, yakni tingkat penyelesaian kasus tindak pidana dan lainnya mencapai angka 66,18% (data Januari-Agustus 2021).]]>
