Abstract

The creation of consumer or customer satisfaction can make a harmonious relationship between service providers and customers. Since the establishment of the Alfa Barokah store, the needs of the community on the island of Sapudi have begun to be easy and easy to shop in meeting their daily needs. Provide and serve all the needs of the community in order to obtain financial and strengthen business management that is oriented towards service and obtaining halal profits, providing good customer service, providing all products for consumer needs. The discussion in this study is as follows: How is Islamic Management in increasing customer satisfaction at the Alfa Barokah store, Gayam District, Sumenep Regency? And what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing customer satisfaction at the Alfa Barokah store, Gayam District, Sumenep Regency? Based on the results of research and studies that have been carried out by researchers, it shows that 1) Alfa Barokah Stores have treated consumers Islamically such as applying smiles, greetings and greetings to customers, paying attention to appearance and keeping clothes neat, having good and polite employees, providing some facilities and infrastructure and also respects customers like a king. 2) The inhibiting factor for the Alfa Barokah store is the slow delivery of goods due to weather factors. While the supporting factor is applying the attitude of Compliance, Reability, Empathy to customers.

Abstract

Strategic management is a series of processes to organize and manage strategies that will be carried out in a business with certain goals and long-term goals through the processes of planning, organizing, actuating and organizing. Meanwhile, Islamic strategic management is managing a business that is run by remaining in the pleasure of Allah and free from the prohibition of usury. The management strategy referred to here is seen as necessary to apply in public markets as well as to maintain the existence of traditional markets in the midst of the rise of modern markets. The strategy taken at the Asembagus public market is in addition to making voices, rearranging the stalls and stalls, and preparing trolleys and baskets at the market door to make it easier for buyers. In addition, an Islamic market management system is also applied, namely by holding prayers and reciting the Koran together regularly every month every Maghrib prayer and every Legi Thursday night. The results of this study prove that by using strategic management in an Islamic way, it will further launch a business and the business that is run will be free from usury so that the results obtained are more blessed and beneficial.

Abstract

Many thinkers and Muslim scholars who continuously strive to make zakat as the main alternative in overcoming social inequality in the economic field. This effort starts from the reformulation of thought to its application stage. Prof. Dr. Yusuf al-Qardhawi (born 1926) who has gassed the concept of zakat through his two books Fiqh al-Zakat and Musykilatu al-Faqri wa kaifa ‘alajaha al-Islam. His two works are concrete proof that zakat has a strategic position in overcoming poverty. In my opinion, one of the problems which has not completed at the concept level is that the position of zakat is equated with prayer, fasting, and pilgrimage as fiqh of worship. This results in positioning zakat on privacy matters so that the state feels limited in intervening in the management of zakat because it feels uneasy and there is fear of criticism of people who do not want the state to take care of one's privacy when practicing their worship. The reasons that motivated the writer to study zakat in a dissertation entitled "Reconstruction of Zakat on Prayer to Mu'amalah in the perspective of Maqashid al-Shari'ah. The conclusion is that zakat is mu'amalah jurisprudence which has the dimension of worship and it doesn’t have a social dimension.
