Abstract

Guru menjadi sasaran utama saat lembaga pendidikan Islam mengalami rendahnya hasil prestasi belajar para peserta didik, dengan perkiraan bahwa guru tidak kompeten, tidak kreatif, dan juga monoton. Sehingga banyaknya asumsi bahwa lembaga pendidikan Islam membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih professional untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literature. Adapum tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguraikan dasar-dasar, tujuan, tahapan dan betapa pentingnya pengembangan dan pelatihan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk dilaksanakan. Pelatihan dapat menjadikan sumber daya manusia lembaga pendidikan Islam akan semakin kompeten dan professional sedangkan pengembangan bertujuan untuk memicu sumber daya manusia untuk menyalurkan inovasi dan kreatifitasnya. Dengan melalui tahapan perencanaan, desain pelatihan dan pengembangan serta evaluasi, serta pengembangan dan pelatihan memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu untuk menjadi lebih bijak, mampu menyelesaikan masalah, menumbuhkan semangat, mengurangi stress dan frustasi, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, menjadi lebih mandiri serta pekerja keras serta menjadikan lebih percaya diri menghadapi tantangan zaman. Sehingga ketika lembaga pendidikan Islam melakukan pengembangan dan pelatihan dengan baik akan menghasilkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang baik pula.

Abstract

Science learning currently emphasizes students to be able to master 21st century competencies. 21st century abilities as well as the demands of advancing science and technology education require teachers as educators to be able to generate creative ideas in designing teaching materials and teaching media needed. One application that teachers can use to help the learning process is a Canva-based animated learning video. This study aims to describe the implementation of science learning using Canva-based video media in class VI SDN Inpres Kala. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data in this study were obtained from observations and interviews. The results showed that with the learning video, students felt a new atmosphere in learning, because so far their learning was only focused on thematic books. The use of the Canva application in making learning videos, in addition to producing videos that are interesting for students, is also easy for teachers to use.

Abstract

Inequality regarding gender bias is a rather complicated problem. This happens because the problem is a product of the social construction of a patriarchal society. Worse yet, this is supported by the interpretation of the Qur'an which in fact is only done by men. This has an impact on interpretations that are gender biased, without glancing at the perceptions, goals, and characteristics of women. This problem initiated Amina Wadud to reconstruct the interpretation of the Koran so that there would be a product of interpretation that was female in style and seemed fair or equal. In interpreting the Qur'an, Amina Wadud uses the hermeneutic approach offered by Fazlur Rahman. So Amina Wadud views that the origins and potentials of men and women are the same regardless of gender differences. The purpose of this study is to find out what Amina Wadud's view of the creation of man and the Koran's view of women are like. The research method that the author uses is qualitative research with a library research approach that is relevant to the object of discussion. Data collection technique in this research is documentation technique. Documentation technique is data collection by selecting data that correlates with the research title.
