Abstract

Era society 5.0 menjadi tantangan lembaga pendidikan. Tantang perkembangan teknologi memunculkan permasalahan perundungan. Perundungan di sekolah menjadikan sekolah  tempat yang rawan dan kurang aman bagi peserta didik. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi KPAI tahun 2020 terjadi kasus perundungan sebanyak 119 kasus yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Kondisi serupa juga terjadi di kelas VII C SMP Negeri 2 Tonjong. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dioptimalkan strategi untuk mengurangi bahkan menghilangkan perilaku perundungan. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah menumbuhkan keberanian melaporkan perundungan. Penilitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas pada kelas VII C SMP Negeri 2 Tonjong Kabupaten Brebes semester I tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui: dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus yang meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Analisi data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penilaian keberhasilan mengacu pada indikator kinerja penelitian tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kartu catatan perundungan efektif untuk menurunkan perilaku perundungan pada peserta didik kelas VII C SMP Negeri 2 Tonjong Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penggunaan kartu catatan perundungan menurunkan perilaku perundungan secara efektif yaitu dari 14 kasus menjadi 1 kasus selama tindakan atau menurun dari 31,82% menjadi 2,27%. Penggunaan kartu catatan perundungan menurunkan perilaku perundungan dari 14 kasus menjadi 1 kasus selama tindakan atau menurun dari 31,82% menjadi 2,27%. Pada aspek sikap menunjukkan penurunan skor sebagai korban perundungan 1 – 6 poin atau 2,227% - 13,64%, dan sebagai pelaku menunjukkan penurunan skor 1 – 7 poin atau 2,27% - 15,91%.

Abstract

Kemiri (Aleurites Moluccana) is a plantation commodity that has the potential to be well developed. This is strongly influenced by the candlenut market which is increasingly open due to the increasing demand for candlenut consumption, both domestically and abroad. The candlenut plant has many benefits, such as being used by people to grow hair, heal skin wounds, diarrhea, asthma and increase analgesic effects. However, the part of the plant that has high economic value is the candlenut seed. The method of implementing activities used to improve the quality of community products in hazelnut oil production uses three methods, namely processing, manufacture or design of packaging and packaging, and marketing. The results of the implementation of community empowerment practical work courses that have been carried out by KKN students in Selengan village try to participate in helping develop candlenut oil products to improve the quality of community products as a source of income in Selengen village.
