Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of mathematics teachers in vocational secondary schools during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The research method used is qualitative data method. Data Collection techniques used in this study were Observation, Interviews and Documentation of five schools. The determine the teacher’s performance, testing was carried out through an interactive analysis tool consisting of three types of activities that occurred simultaneously, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusing Drawing. Based on the results of the discussion obtained from this research 1) The teacher’s obstacle in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Perbaungan City Vocational High School, the main factor that is more important is the lack of facilities owned by students when studying online because not all students have a laptops or smartphones as online learning media.besides that another factor is internet quota which can not be reached by all students. Efforts are being made to minimize the obstacles experienced by teachers and student during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely conducting offline learning (outside the network) or offline with students and making innovations in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Keywords: Teacher Performance,Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Saham merupakan suatu investasi yang biasanya di cari oleh investor dengan  tujuan untuk mendapatkan laba sehingga kelebihan dana yang dimiliki akan ditempatkan pada perusahaan yang mempunyai harga saham yang murah dan terjangkau agar kedepannya mendapatkan keuntungan bila terjadi kenaikan harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI  periode 2019-2021 dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio CAR, LDR dan ROA secara parsial dan simultan terh adap harga saham perbankan. Populasinya adalah perusahaan perbankan terdaftar di BEI sebanyak  42  perbankan, pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 perbankan dan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 75. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji  hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rasio CAR dan LDR secara parsial  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perbankan, rasio ROA secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  perbankan.  Secara simultan, rasio CAR, LDR dan ROA bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perbankan. Harga saham perbankan dapat dijelaskan oleh rasio CAR, LDR dan ROA sebesar 32,2% dan sisanya 67,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dan antara harga saham dengan rasio CAR, LDR  dan ROA mempunyai korelasi yang cukup.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing and Cafe Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty of Aloka Kopi Tebing Tinggi City with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The research assistance method used is a quantitative method using Smart PLS to analyze data. The research population is customers who have visited more than once and the results obtained are 92 people for the research sample. The results of this study are Relationship Marketing has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Cafe Atmosphere has no effect on Customer Satisfaction Relationship Marketing has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. Cafe Atmosphere has a negative effect on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. Relationship Marketing has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Cafe Atmosphere has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of inflation and interest rates on stock prices partially or simultaneously and to determine the most dominant variable that affects the stock price of property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This type of research is quantitative research and the type of data used is quantitative secondary data derived from the results of the Indonesia Stock Exchange publication, about issuer data, reports published by Bank Indonesia, reference books, the internet, and other scientific scientific literature related to the topic of research discussion. Secondary data in this study includes monthly panel data for the period 2018-2022 which includes Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), and Stock Price data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. While Inflation data, Interest Rates (BI Rate) are taken through the Bank Indonesia website. The data collection method is carried out by collecting supporting data from literature, journals, and reference books to get the case of the problem under study and collecting relevant secondary data from reports published by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the inflation rate and interest rate variables have a significant effect on the stock price of property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and partially show that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of after-sales service and product variety on purchasing decisions for Asus laptops. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis test state that: Hypothesis 1 is rejected, so after-sales service has no effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis 2 is accepted, so Product Variation influences Asus Laptop Purchase Decisions. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, then After-Sales Service and Product Variety have a joint effect on Asus Laptop Purchase Decisions. This research is a replication of previous research where the difference lies only in the object studied.

Abstract

Furniture is one of the important needs in a household. Various household furniture such as beds, wardrobes, chairs and others are one of the needs that need to be met. This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer attitudes on purchasing decisions at Iwan's furniture store. This research is a field research with a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques carried out with the help of SPSS software. A total of 60 consumers were selected as research respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression and the hypothesis test that was carried out was a partial test (t test). The results showed that attitude has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Iwan's furniture store.
