Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran mata pelajaran aqidah akhlaq dalam pembentukan karakter Islami di MTs Islamic Centre Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, berbasis studi Deskriptif. Untuk mendapatkan informasi peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang mendalam untuk dibuat kesimpulan dengan subjek guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak sangat berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter Islami Peserta Didik MTs Islamic Centre Cirebon karena mata pelajaran ini memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikkan aqidahnya kedalam bentuk pembiasaan untuk melakukan akhlak terpuji dan menjauhi akhlak tercela dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah faktor bawaan, lingkungan seperti keluarga, teman bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's situational leadership style at MTs Islamic Center Cirebon. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used non-participant open observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the principal has implemented a situational leadership style, from indicators that the principal's role as telling (telling) has been implemented, selling (peddling), participating (involving) and delegating (delegating). The implementation of the situational leadership style in accordance with the level of readiness or maturity of educators and education staff will make the principal's leadership more effective in achieving the goals of educational institutions.

Abstract

Pada kesempatan ini kami membahas tentang Karakteristik peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs Islamic Centre yang tentunya sesuai dengan apa yang kami analisa selama masa Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Ruang lingkup permasalahan penelitian ini adalah kenakalan remaja dikalangan siswa siswi MTs Islamic Centre ,kenakalan remaja ini diperlihatkan dalam sikap bolos,merokok,meremehkan tenaga pengajar,bersikap kurang ajar,penyalah gunaan obat, dan pergaulan yang tidak sehat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian MTs. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karateristik siswa kelas VIII Sebagai penambah informasi untuk melengkapi data yang diperlukan, maka digali informasi dari informan terdiri para murid dan teman PPL. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan,reduksi, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

Potential development is the hope and goal of everyone who has known his potential. However, if the potential has not been realized, then someone will have difficulty and don't even know what to do. With innovative monitoring and observation and with innovative research, it is hoped that everyone will be able to know their potential. Because everyone is a component that is very influential on the environment, both in society, economic activities, even in the development of the revival of an area. Youth is the strongest element in society, especially youth who are educated and principled and active in all positive activities. Through innovative research, it is hoped that every youth and generally every element of society is aware of their potential so that the development stage will be faster. Especially the youth who are members of the Youth Mosque activities. With great potential, it is also hoped that a massive positive impact will soon be felt by the entire village community, generally felt by the entire Indonesian nation. One of the potentials that must be developed by every individual Muslim is the soul of proselytizing because every individual Muslim is required to become a da'i.Because ten youths are enough to shake the world, one young man is able to shake a country.
