Abstract

Program of devotion aimed at improving religious activities and the quality of education of the community around the mosque. The Program of devotion that has a direct effort to the community in order to realize the quality of public education. Implementation of KKN in Hamlet Krajan Siliragung subdistrict Siliragung minute well and has been quite successful according to the original purpose. It is undeniable that in its execution, KKN in Krajan's Hamlet experienced various obstacles. However, with the high fighting spirit from the participants of KKN, the active role of the KKN group in public activities and support from the citizens, all these obstacles can be addressed properly. The Program is the result of observations based on data and meetings in the form of KKN group with the head of village, chairman of Ta'mir Masjid Al Falah and the entire society.

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) find out whether teacher welfare has a partial effect on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 2) find out whether organizational commitment has a partial effect on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 3) find out whether the level of teacher welfare and organizational warning simultaneously influence teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District. The research method in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 30 people. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that; 1) teacher welfare partially has a significant influence on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 2) organizational commitment partially has a significant influence on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 3) teacher welfare and organizational commitment simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance by 98.9% at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District.
