Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi berdasarkan peraturan BAZNAS No. 2 Tahun 2016 pada UPZ BAZNAS Kota Malang. Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi berdasarkan peraturan BAZNAS No. 2 Tahun 2016 pada UPZ BAZNAS Kota Malang. Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan dampak implikasi terhadap eksistensi berdasarkan pada peraturan BAZNAS No. 2 Tahun 2016 pada UPZ BAZNAS Kota Malang. Teori yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi kebijakan ini mengacu pada teori William N. Dunn bahwasanya dalam evaluasi terdapat kriteria yaitu, efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas dan ketepatan.Pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014). Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi kebijakan berdasarkan pada Peraturan BAZNAS Nomor 2 Tahun 2016 masih belum berjalan secara optimal. Minimnya sumberdaya manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki oleh pengurus UPZ, minimnya waktu yang dimiliki oleh pengurus UPZ,  dan secara kelembagaan UPZ masih belum bisa mandiri. Sehingga hal ini dapat menurunkan eksistensi UPZ terhadap kepercayaan muzaki, sehingga muzaki belum bisa sepenuhnya percaya atas kehadiran UPZ di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi UU 23 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kota Malang, dan bertujuan guna mengtahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi UU di BAZNAS Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini termuat atas, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data memakai analisis data interaktif yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, hadirnya UU 23 Tahun 2011 ini memiliki asas syariat Islam, amanah, kemanfaatan, keadilan, kepastian hukum, terintegrasi, dan akuntabilitas. Kehadiran UU 23 Tahun 2011 memberikan dampak positif dan telah menempatkan BAZNAS termasuk BAZNAS Kota Malang sebagai lembaga non-struktural yang memperoleh perhatian penuh dari Pemerintah. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi UU 23 tahun 2011 di Kota Malang dengan adanya dukungan SDM yang mencukupi, team work yang baik, sarana dan prasana yang memadai. Sedangkan faktor penghambat belum adanya PERDA yang khusus mengatur tentang zakat dan terdapat beberapa unit pengumpul zakat yang masih belum percaya kepada BAZNAS Kota Malang.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to understand: 1) The communication intensity level at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch; 2) The employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch; and 3) To know the communication influence between branch managers to employees on employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch. This research used quantitative methods in the process and consist of two variables, dependent and independent. Communication is the independent variable and employee performance is the dependent variable. The research sample was taken 99% of the total population 50 people. Sampling in the study using the population sample method. Where in this case the researcher made the entire population as the research sample.The result showed that: 1) The communication intensity level between branch managers and subordinates was at a moderate level with a percentage of 75% of 30 employees; 2) The employee performance level was at the medium category with a percentage of 65% of 24 employees; and 3) There is a significant influence between communication on employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch.The effective contribution or predictive power is shown by a coefficient (R2) of 0.256, which means that communication has an effect of 25.6% on employee performance, and the rest is due to variables not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) policy for communities affected by COVID-19 in Pendarungan Village, Kabat District and to find out what factors affect the implementation of the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) policy for communities affected by COVID-19. 19 in Pendarungan Village, Kabat District. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, namely a research procedure that allows researchers to study certain issues in depth and detail, because data collection is not limited to certain categories. Qualitative research is an inquiry process for understanding based on methodological inquiry traditions that clearly explore social and human problems. The data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interview and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the steps in data analysis in this research are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that in general the implementation of the BLT Dana Desa policy in general can be said to be going well in which the beneficiaries of the assistance have received BLT Dana Desa. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the implementation of the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) policy for communities affected by COVID-19 in Pendarungan Village, Kabat District, include; The village apparatus is minimal and must be faced with the many Covid-19 prevention programs that come to the village from the government and from the regional government. Compilation and determination of data on target communities who are entitled and eligible to receive social assistance, which empirically still finds errors. The mechanism in the process of implementing the Village Fund BLT policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the principal in building a public image, to know the strategis steps taken by the principal and to find out the problems and solutions taken in building public cintra at SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is interactive analysis. The results of the research conducted are; Petama, SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District, has a very good and positive image in the eyes of the public. This can be seen from the many participations of the community who are willing to send their children to school at SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District, even though they are still new schools. Second, in taking the decision of the principal, always be firm and think openly, the thing that is no less important is that before finally taking a decision, the principal of SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District, conducts deliberations to find consensus so that the decisions taken do not reap conflicts, especially internal conflicts. Third, in general, the problems faced by SMK NU Darussalam Srono District are facilities and infrastructure and facilities that are still minimal, besides that there are still some teachers who are still pessimistic about other schools. Some solutions that must be done are that the principal gives motivation to teachers to continue to take a humanist approach to the surrounding community in the hope that the community will be more convinced that SMK NU Darussalam Srono District is the right choice.

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) find out whether teacher welfare has a partial effect on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 2) find out whether organizational commitment has a partial effect on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 3) find out whether the level of teacher welfare and organizational warning simultaneously influence teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District. The research method in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 30 people. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that; 1) teacher welfare partially has a significant influence on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 2) organizational commitment partially has a significant influence on teacher performance at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District; 3) teacher welfare and organizational commitment simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance by 98.9% at MTs Nahdlatuth Thullaab, Licin District.

Abstract

Behavioristic theory is important to study in the learning process, because this theory is easily applied in educational learning in Indonesia. Learning theory is a combination of interconnected principles and explanations of a number of facts and discoveries related to learning events. This study reviews behavioristic theory and implementation in learning. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach. Literature research is carried out by collecting information through the literature, then recording and processing the data that has been obtained. The result of this study is that the main focus in behavioristic learning theory is visible behavior and the external causes that stimulate it. Learning is a change in behavior as a result of experience. Learning based on behavior is obtained from environmental conditioning. This conditioning occurs through interaction with the environment, thus in learning behavior there is a close relationship between behavioristic reactions and the stimulus.

Abstract

Management is organizing, managing, and managing to achieve goals. The Imamate of the mosque is an effort so that the mosque institution can work as expected, namely as a center of worship, empowerment and unity of the people in order to improve ways, piety, noble character, intelligence of the people and the achievement of a just and prosperous society that is blessed by Allah SWT. The purpose of this research is to find out; How is the implementation of the management of the Jami' Baiturrahman mosque in increasing community participation in religion in Olean Village, Situbondo Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses triangulation of data sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management of the mosque's Emirate in increasing community participation has been carried out to the maximum, because the mosque's administrators have implemented the theory of mosque's Emirate management starting from managing the management structure, religious activities, establishing active communication and expanding communication networks.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of PAI teachers in fostering a sense of love for the homeland and PAI Teacher Assessment in forming the character of patriotism in students at MTS Arrabi Tamansuruh. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Three data collection techniques applied in this research include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at MTS Arrabi Tamansuruh. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis methods. The research results show that PAI teachers have an important role in helping students develop a sense of love and pride for their homeland, as well as preparing them to become responsible citizens and make positive contributions to nation-building.

Abstract

This study aims to explore efforts to improve teacher professionalism and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the madrasah principal's efforts at MTS Arrabi Tamansuruh. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah principal plays an important role in improving the personality and skills of teachers through role models. In addition, increasing capacity through training, implementing teacher working group (KKG) programs to providing facilities and resources. The madrasah principal also focuses on motivating and rewarding teachers. In addition, several supporting factors are also listed, including managerial support, availability of resources, teacher motivation, partnerships and collaboration. While inhibiting factors include lack of support from human resources in accordance with the field of science, lack of awareness, teacher commitment, changes in curriculum and policies and budget constraints that prevent teachers from participating in training and self-development.
