Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan pendekatan Saintifik model Discovery Learning dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar Penjaskes Peserta didik Kelas V SD Negeri Gilis . Manfaat penelitian ini adalah mendorong peserta didik untuk mengembangkan ketrampilan belajar dalam kelompok (kognitif) dan bersosiolisasi dengan teman sebagai dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas senyatanya. Dan bagi guru meningkatkan pengembangan pendekatan dan model pembelajaran dengan penerapan saintifik Model discovery learning dalam pembelajaran kerja kelompok (kooperatif). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus, masing-masing siklus kegiatannya adalah; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil akhir tindakan pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa hasil observasi guru pada pertemuan kedua memperoleh skor rata-rata (4,71) dan hasil observasi Peserta didik pertemuan kedua mencapai skor rata-rata (4,43). Sedangkan hasil belajar Peserta didik mencapai nilai rata-rata (87,65), artinya indicator keberhasilan (> 4,0) dan hasil belajar (> 75,00) telah terlampaui. Karena indicator keberhasilan telah terbukti penelitian dinyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II.

Abstract

The determination of the beginning of the Hijri month is important for Muslims as the basis for performing several religious rituals. There are two major schools of thought that are the source of debate in determining the beginning of the Hijri month, namely the rukyat school and the hisab school. Hisab is divided into hisab urfi and hisab hakiki. Hisab hakiki is further categorised into hisab hakiki taqribi, hisab hakiki tahqiqi, and hisab hakiki kontemporer. One of the data sources for hisab hakiki kontemporer is the Nautical Almanac, which was first developed in Indonesia by Saadoe’ddin Djambek as one of the innovators in hisab thought. One of the ideas proposed by Saadoe’ddin Djambek is the renewal of the calculation of the beginning of the Hijri month. This paper will discuss the calculation of the beginning of the Hijri month in Saadoe’ddin Djambek’s thinking. This research is a literature review with primary data sources from Saadoe’ddin Djambek’s writings and secondary data sources from other writings related to this theme. The data collection method involves documentation, with data analysis using content analysis techniques. The research indicates that Saadoe’ddin Djambek’s approach to calculating the beginning of the Hijri month is a contemporary method, and his data and methodologies play a significant role in determining the onset of the month. The theory of the calculation of the beginning of the month proposed by Saadoe’ddin Djambek provides a relatively new foundation for thinking about the calculation of the beginning of the month at that time, as it is derived from an integrated understanding between experts in calculation and experts in astronomy. Saadoe’ddin Djambek’s calculation method is among those whose accuracy is not significantly different from other methods of calculating the beginning of the month, such as the Ephemeris system. Therefore, this method remains viable for use despite being proposed in the 1970s.

Abstract

This paper elaborates the fatwa of the Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Indonesia’s largest Muslim organization. The MUI and NU declared their own fatwa on BPJS Kesehatan. The MUI labeled that BPJS Kesehatan contravened Islamic law, whereas the NU promoted that the national health insurance aligns with the law. These two fatwas trigger polemic in the country. A qualitative study was designed by employing usul al-fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and sociological approaches. The study used documentation and interviews to collect data concerning the MUI and NU fatwas on BPJS Kesehatan. The interactive model of Miles & Huberman was adopted to analyze the data. The results reveal that the issuance of the MUI and NU contradictory fatwas against BPJS Kesehatan was due to the use of different Islamic sources (dalil) and overlooks in drafting the edicts. The MUI emphasized more on several elements involved in the health insurance that were inconsistent with sharia law such as riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maisir (gambling). Conversely, the NU highlighted a formal aspect stipulating that BPJS Kesehatan represented a social agency that benefited lots of people. This study also points out that some factors causing the variety of fatwas on BPJS Kesehatan between the MUI and NU covered the understanding and application of the dalil in relation to the edict formulation and the influence of socio-political atmospheres at the time of fatwa issuance.
