Abstract

ABSTRACT Today the cooperative has undergone many developments and even competition. For the cooperativeis required to further improve its performance in serving the public. One effort that can be done is by the application of prospector strategy and organizational cultureof Athens, which is already known to positively influence the implementation of the organizations performance. The purpose of this study is to constructa model with improved performance incooperative prospector strategy implementation and organizational culture Athena. The first stage is to identify the existence ofthe cooperative. After the social construction obtained will then be compiled Cooperative performance improvement model that can be used to measure or evaluate the condition of acooperative as well as the development of performance standards, which will ultimately benefit the improvement of organizational performance and national development in general. The approach used is qualitative-phenomenological approach for implementers to test the model. The unitof analysis is cooperative in Surakarta. The units of analisys are the organizers, participants and facilities as sociated with the organization. Participants performed retrieval based on the criteria of successin generating financial report sorganizers. The analisys is descriptive qualitative method. Abstract

Many developments in supporting technology such as online payments and electronic money increasingly support the development of electronic commerce. The ease of online business where sales can be made anywhere and anytime certainly supports student efforts to earn income, manage expenses and make investments. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all students in the city of Surakarta who use electronic commerce applications. The dependent variables in the study are income, expenditure and investment. While the independent variable in this study is electronic commerce. The source of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires on the Likert scale 4.Data will be analyzed by multivariate regression analysis. Electronic commerce applications have a significant effect on the amount of student income and the amount of student expenditure. However, electronic trading applications have no effect on investment activities.

Abstract

Sebagian besar mahasiswa pada saat kuliah adalah saat pertama mereka mengelola keuangan mereka sendiri tanpa adanya pengawasan dari orangtua. Pengalaman bekerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang ada tidaknya perbedaan dalam pengetahuan keuangan, love of money dan pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa yang belum dan sudah pernah bekerja. Sebanyak 150 orang mahasiswa di kota Surakarta menjadi responden penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Mann Whitney U Test pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengelolaan keuangan pribadi antara mahasiswa yang belum dan yang sudah pernah bekerja. Namun tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan keuangan dan love of money antara mahasiswa yang belum dan yang sudah pernah bekerja.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan promosi melalui video promosi dan pembuatan flyer dalam menggunakan TikTok sebagai platform pemasaran digital untuk menampilkan produk makanannya. Fokus  kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui promosi digital Western Food Sido Londo yang menyajikan masakan Western yang disesuaikan dengan selera masyarakat Indonesia. Kegiatan ini berupa pembuatan konten promosi dan flyer di TikTok, meliputi penggunaan hashtag yang relevan, pengaturan waktu posting yang strategis, serta dampak dan kendala yang dialami. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok sebagai media periklanan dapat meningkatkan product awareness, menarik  pelanggan baru dan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengunjung restoran. Namun, tantangan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan tren di TikTok dan keterbatasan teknis dalam pembuatan konten masih menjadi kendala. Secara keseluruhan, TikTok telah membuktikan potensi besar dalam mendukung promosi UMKM, khususnya di bidang kuliner, dengan memperkenalkan produknya secara luas kepada khalayak muda yang melek digital. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini menyoroti pentingnya promosi digital dan pemantauan tren untuk memanfaatkan platform ini secara maksimal dalam strategi pemasaran UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of writing scientific papers, examining various AI applications, such as writing tools based on natural language processing (NLP), automatic assessment systems for writing quality, and reference management platforms automatic. With the rapid advancement of technology, AI has shown great potential in improving the efficiency and quality of academic writing. This study analyzes how AI can help in various stages of writing, from literature searches, structuring papers, to proofreading and improving writing style. The research also highlights key differences between traditional approaches to writing scientific papers and AI-powered approaches. Previously, scientific writing relied entirely on the individual writer's ability to conduct research, organize information, and write effectively. These conventional methods are often time consuming and prone to human error. In contrast, AI integration allows the automation of some time-consuming tasks, such as data processing and text editing, so that authors can focus on the creative and analytical aspects of their research. The results of this research show that the use of AI in scientific writing not only increases efficiency but can also improve the quality and accuracy of scientific papers. AI is able to provide relevant suggestions based on existing data, identify grammatical and writing errors, and assist in finding the right references. Thus, AI integration can become an invaluable tool for researchers and academics in producing high-quality scientific work.

Abstract

In order to help improving the performance of JNE business communities in this globalization era, it is necessary to encourage them to compete with each other in acquiring technology to support all their work activities so that they can be carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible, due to the increasingly dominant role and technology. The data warehouse is one of the concepts oriented to the core components of a business, that is, data can be categorized as a strategic supporting aspect because through the formation of a data warehouse an output can be obtained in the form of a report that can be used as analysis material for the executive in the decision-making process. The objectives to be achieved in this research are to formulate a data warehouse model and application design in accordance with the results of the needs analysis, which can support JNE business actors as a delivery service, as a case study JNE Klaten is used as research object. The methodology used in this study uses analysis and design methods. The method of analysis is carried out by studying literature, conducting surveys and interviews, identifying information needed by executives in decision making, and defining data warehouse requirements which will be built based on Nine-Steps Methodology. The design method is carried out by designing a data warehouse application, as a display interface that contains supporting features from the user side. The results of the research are in the form of data warehouse models and applications that are built based on operational data, which are processed in various dimensions, so that they can form a report to meet the needs of the executive about information and using the data warehouse, the executive can analyze the reports generated from multiple viewpoints easily, and can also be used as a reporting tool.
