Abstract

Lingga Regency is a new regency that is developing. The acceleration of regional development is strongly influenced by the accessibility and availability of infrastructure to support the development of the potential of natural resources in the Lingga Regency area. One of the supports for the development of development funds in Lingga Regency is the selling value of tourist objects. In this case, Lingga Regency has a long history associated with the development of the Malay kingdom. Not only in the form of mere history in Lingga Regency, it also leaves several historical heritage objects which are still preserved by the local government and local communities. One of the famous historical heritage attractions in Lingga Regency is Mepar Island. Mepar Island is a small island located in front of the capital city of Daik. on the island of Mepar there is a village called Mepar Village. Mepar village is the center of tourist attraction on the island of Mepar. Mepar village was one of the defensive fortifications during the Riau-Lingga kingdom, leaving several historical relics, one of which was the remains of the fortifications, the tomb of heroes and weapons of war in the form of cannons. This is what makes Mepar Village, Lingga Regency, a special attraction for people who will visit these tourist attractions. In this case, it is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the tourism service system in Mepar Village so that it attracts more visitors' attention. So that the results of increased tourist visits will make the tourist attraction in Mepar Village more developed and become a tourist that can be known by foreign tourists.

Abstract

Bintan merupakan pulau terbesar di provinsi kepulauan riau dengan memiliki potensi wisata alam yang menarik sehingga dikategorikan kawasan industri pariwisata. wisatawan negara singapura salah satu negara tetangga yang tinggi intensitas berkunjung pertahunnya. pengunjung dapat masuk melalui pelabuhan bandar bentan telani yang merupakan pelabuhan khusus yang dibangun untuk menunjang kebutuhan kawasan khusus lagoi dan sekitarnya, bisa juga melalui Pelabuhan Sri Bintan Pura yang terletak di kota tanjungpinang. Lokasi wisata pantai senggiling ini berada di kelurahan sri bintan, tepatnya di desa senggiling di utara pulau bintan kecamatan teluk sebong kabupaten bintan. desa senggiling ini berdekatan dengan beberapa tempat wisata terpadu di bintan seperti bintan lagoon resort. Dari pelabuhan bandar bintan telani wisatawan bisa menempuh perjalanan 23,9 Km atau sekitar 41 menit untuk dapat sampai kelokasi pantai, sedangkan dari pusat kota tanjungpinang wisatawan dapat menempuh jarak 47 km atau sekitar 60 menit dan hanya dapat di lalui dengan kendaraan roda 2, jalanan yang akan di lewati adalah perkebunan orang lokal atau milik perusahaan. Diperlukan keseriusan pengembangan aksesibilitas ke sektor pariwisata di desa senggiling seperti tertuang dalam visi pembangunan kepariwisataan Kabupaten Bintan yaitu Terwujudnya Bintan sebagai destinasi wisata berkelas dunia yang berdaya saing tinggi, berkelanjutan, serta mampu mendorong pembangunan daerah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan prioritas pembangunan di Kota Batam dimana jalan merupakan infrastruktur utama penghubung antar kawasan. Pemerintah Kota Batam dan Badan Pengusahaan Batam memberi perhatian besar terhadap pembangunan infrastuktur jalan dengan sumber pembiayaan dari APBD dan APBN sesuai dengan kewenangannnya masing-masing. Jalan Tengku Sulung merupakan jalan sekunder yang menghubungkan beberapa kawasan perumahan dan permukiman di Kelurahan Belian Kecamatan Batam Kota. Saat ini Jalan Tengku Sulung belum menjadi perhatian serius Pemerintah Kota Batam. Padahal jalan tersebut merupakan jalur rute terpadat di Kecamatan Batam Kota. Permasalahan saat ini yang dihadapi adalah kemacetan yang timbul karena adanya Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) yang berjualan disepanjang jalan, terdapat bahu jalan yang digunakan sebagai lahan komersil warga sekitar serta kondisi kontur jalan dan drainase yang mengakibatkan genangan dan banjir. Diharapkan dengan adanya peningkatan ruas jalan yang ada, dapat meningkatkan konektivitas dan mobilitas masyarakat, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Batam Kota. Analisis metode SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) merupakan metode identifikasi secara sistematik terhadap faktor-faktor yang menentukan kondisi suatu kegiatan serta penentuan alternatif strategi pengembangan yang sesuai dengan kondisi tersebut. Analisis ini didasarkan pada logika bahwa suatu strategi yang efektif akan memaksimumkan kekuatan dan peluang (S,0) dan pada saat yang bersamaan akan meminimumkan kelemahan dan ancaman (W,T). Dari analisa ini dapat memberi gambaran tentang dampak peningkatan ruas Jalan Tengku Sulung terhadap pengembangan wilayah di Kecamatan Batam Kota

Abstract

Clean water is a basic need for the survival of humans and other living creatures. In East Tanjungpinang District, Tanjungpinang City, reservoirs are the main source of clean water for the community. As the population increases, the need for clean water also increases and the problem of clean water is significant regarding the availability of reservoir water to support clean water quality in East Tanjungpinang sub-district, Tanjungpinang city. To meet the need for clean water, the main source of which is reservoir water, serious attention is needed from the government, related sectors and the community. Reservoirs are the main source to support clean water quality. Therefore, an in-depth evaluation of the impact of the problem of reservoir water availability in supporting clean water quality in East Tanjungpinang District, Tanjungpinang City is needed, such as a decrease in reservoir water discharge which causes a reduction in clean water reserves, increased pollution due to waste. around the reservoir and sedimentation occurs at the bottom of the reservoir, causing shallowing of the reservoir and reducing the volume and quality of the water. It is hoped that this evaluation can evaluate the impact of reservoir water availability problems in supporting clean water quality in East Tanjungpinang subdistrict and become valuable input for the government, related institutions and the community in formulating policies and strategies for sustainable clean water management in East Tanjungpinang subdistrict, Tanjungpinang city.In this way, the availability of quality and sustainable clean water can be guaranteed, the quality of regional facilities can be improved, and community welfare can be realized
