Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) A model of economic empowerment for conflict-affected communities through the Agrarian Reform program in alleviating poverty and strengthening Aceh's peace. (2) analyzing the Agrarian Reform strategic program in the context of poverty alleviation and strengthening peace in Aceh. In order to achieve the aims and objectives of this research scheme, a constructivism paradigm is used with a qualitative research method approach with the stages of the research method: (1) Research preparation, research observation, research data collection, analysis and presentation of research data, research conclusion drawing, research site review, preparation final research report preparation of journals, preparation of research results recommendations. As well as carrying out Focus group discussions on the formulation of research recommendations as outputs requested in the basic research scheme in the development of national competence for novice research lecturers. The research outputs that are attempted in this study are: (1) the results of this research will be published in national and/or international journals. (2) the results of this study will be used as a reference in the form of a monograph book for ISBN publishers. (3) The level of maturity or readiness for this research will be conveyed to the local government and related institutions so that it can become a joint guideline for the implementation of the economic empowerment model for conflict-affected communities in alleviating poverty, unemployment and strengthening Aceh peace.

Abstract

In Indonesia, Copyright is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. One of these Copyright protections is songs or music, including the Copyright of Aceh songs or music which has experienced such rapid development, even now it has penetrated into the internet world. Therefore, this article is intended to examine and analyze the extent of knowledge of Acehnese artists, because there are still many Acehnese artists' works – especially in Acehnese music and songs – which are adapted and used by others without the permission of the copyright owner. The use of music and songs is indeed justified if it is done by asking permission from the copyright owner. This research is a qualitative legal research with a normative approach and is supported by empirical data using primary and secondary data. The results of the study found that there are still copyright infringement practices in the production of songs or music in Aceh, including the use of songs or music in Aceh that are used without permission from the copyright holder, such as singing songs or music by other people without permission which is then uploaded. on social media and internet media such as YouTube which is commonly known as Cover. This act clearly violates the rule of law and has ignored the moral and economic rights of the copyright owner.

Abstract

Knowledge plays a strategic role in shaping human civilization however, the development of modern science often encounters ethical challenges due to its detachment from moral values. Islam views knowledge not merely as a means of acquiring empirical truth but also as a moral and spiritual instrument that must be oriented toward human welfare. This study aims to analyze the concept of the axiology of knowledge from an Islamic perspective and to explain the objectives, values, and benefits of knowledge for human life. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research, analyzing primary and secondary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical as well as contemporary Islamic scholarly works. The findings indicate that Islamic axiology places knowledge within the framework of tawhid, maqashid al-shariah, and universal ethical values, asserting that knowledge is not value-neutral but bound by principles of justice, benefit, and moral responsibility. The discussion highlights that Islamic knowledge must be oriented toward moral development, social welfare, and the protection of human dignity and the environment. This study concludes that the integration of knowledge and ethical values in Islamic axiology constitutes a fundamental foundation for developing humanistic, just, and sustainable knowledge.
