Abstract

One of the elements of learning Arabic in Indonesia is a book, this book is issued by the Ministry of Religion. It includes exercises that act as evaluations of learning and reinforcement of what students have learned. Because of the importance of an exercise in the textbook, this study aims to find out the various forms of practice questions in the Arabic language learning book and to find out the analysis of the practice questions in it based on theoretical validity. The researcher conducted research using a qualitative approach and also used a descriptive literature analysis method, in which the researcher researched researched the analysis of Arab language books for grade 3 MTS Ministry of Religion in 2020 as an analytical study. One of the important points from the results of this study is that there are various forms of practice, from essay questions and objective questions to all of them except matching in the various forms of thematic questions.

Abstract

Perbedaan pendapat antara Syiah dan Sunni dalam perpektif hadis mansukh sangat  berpengaruh  pada  hukum  nikah  mut’ah,  perbedaan  bertolak  belakang mengenai hadis mansukh dan alasan-alasan yang telah disebutkan menjadi dalil untuk masing-masing dalam menetapkan hukum terkait Nikah Mut’ah.  Alasan  Sunni  berpendapat  bahwa  nikah  mut’ah  hukumnya  haram adalah telah mansukhnya hadis yang dijadikan dalil oleh hadis nasikh yang telah disebutkan. Dan juga menjawab terkait kontroversi hukum nikah di kalangan sahabat, bahwasanya adapun sebagian mereka yang membolehkan  karena  belum  sampai  kepada  mereka   dalil  yang mengharamkan. Praktik nikah mutah atau kawin kontrak dinilai tidak sah oleh hukum karena bertentangan dengan tujuan pernikahan.

Abstract

A good instrument test will show good data result. Measuring the result of this test uses the Validity and Reliability Test. Validity is measuring the extent to which measurements are carried out accurately, while reliabilty is measuring the extent to which measurements can be trusted because of their consistency. It can be said that Validity and reliability are interrelated. The aims of this research are: 1)  to determine the validity of the mid-semester assessment questions  for Arabic listening skills at MBS AR Fachrudin Yogyakarta; 2) to determine the reliability of the mid-semester assessment of arabic listening skills in the form of multiple choice question at MBS AR Fachrudin Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through mid-tests on the odd semester examination from a research sample of 30 students in class 10 L and 10 M for the 2023/2024 academic year. Validity and reliability analysis was carried out using SPSS 25 version. Based on the result of this study from 10 multiple choice questions items in the mid-semester assessment of Arabic listening skills at MBS AR Fachrudin in the validity test, it was found that 4 questions were classified as valid and 6 questions were invalid. Meanwhile, in the reliability test, the 4 valid questions were stated to have very low reliability.
