Abstract

Kabupaten Demak adalah daerah yang mayoritas wilayahnya berupa perairan, terletak di pantai utara Jawa Tengah, yang juga disebut sebagai titik pusat kepemimpinan para wali. Dengan landasan penyebaran Islam yang dapat dibuktikan melalui jejak sejarah di Pulau Jawa, Kabupaten Demak juga memiliki potensi destinasi wisata bahari dan budaya, khususnya di Dusun Bedono dan Dusun Morosari. Meskipun demikian, ketersediaam akses dan infrastruktur pendukung di kedua wilayah ini masih terbatas, sehingga perlu dikembangkan secara berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur pengembangan Dusun Bedono dan Dusun Morosari Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang diterapkan dalam eksplorasi ini yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa peluang pengembangan Dusun Bedono dan Dusun Morosari sebagai destinasi pariwisata sangat tinggi, namun belum diupayakan secara ideal dan optimal. Beberapa faktor internal yang menghambat kemajuan pengembangan destinasi pariwisata adalah jaringan pengelola destinasi yang subjektif, kemampuan SDM yang kurang terampil di bidang pelayanan dan belum maksimalnya perhatian terhadap destinasi pariwisata di daerah tersebut. Sedangkan faktor pendukung atau faktor eksternal destinasi pariwisata adalah warisan sosial dan budaya yang masih dipertahankan, dan perluasan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai lingkungan. Usulan yang diberikan kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Demak, khususnya Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Demak yaitu perlu adanya program unggulan dibidang pariwisata dan meningkatkan kemampuan SDM melalui gagasan pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata. Adanya analisis SWOT pengembangan Dusun Bedono dan Dusun Morosari dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan arah kerjasama dengan stakeholder dibidang pariwisata dalam membuka jalan bagi pelaku usaha pariwisata untuk mengembangkan sentra umkm dan jasa pelayanan wisata.

Abstract

This research discusses Marketing Mix (7p) at Kampung Budaya Sindangbarang. Determination of location based on potential to develop a tourist attraction that allegedly unpopular to many people because of weak marketing, also there is no research on marketing in this destination. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of marketing mix in Kampung Budaya Sindangbarang according the perception of tourists. This study is using quantitative descriptive approach. The quantitative approach is used to describe statistics analysis. The data collection method used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The number of samples was determined using Slovin theory, and 100 samples were obtained by sample determination using quota sampling. Questioner result is measured by using nominal scale, interval scale and likert scale. The tools used to process data and obtaining the result of calculation is Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The result of this research is indicate that the implementation of the marketing mix at Kampung Budaya Sindangbarang has been done well, but there are still certain things that must be improved so that tourists increase. The conclusion of this research is the characteristics of tourist and the success of the marketing mix in Kampung Budaya Sindangbarang are obtained with an average value of 3.50, also the most influential and the weakest marketing mix element is discovered.

Abstract

This study analyzes the procedure for creating water apple agrotourism in Betokan Town, Demak Regency. The plan of this exploration is enlightening subjective utilizing SWOT approach examination to plan a few procedures that are valuable for scientists in creating agrotourism of Citra water apple and Delima water apple. The information for this examination are ranchers as water guava cultivators, the public authority and neighborhood networks. The method utilized was inside and out interviews. This study to analyze development strategy for the water apple agrotourism in Demak Regency's which in Betokan Town. The exploration is engaging subjective with SWOT examination to plan a few procedures that can be involved by specialists to foster citra and delima water apple agrotourism.
